UPDATE 11/18/25 Received a message from Kitsch today after my review below. They offered a full refund. So nice to see a company that actually reads customer reviews and cares about their brand. I have numerous Kitsch products. Love their bar shampoos and conditioners. *** Very disappointed in quality. I've worn this clip about 4 times. Today while clipping into my, one of the large teeth broke. I never expected this kind of fragile quality from a name brand, like Kitsch. This was an expensive hair clip @$7.99, IMO. The return window has closed.

The small flat claw clips from Kitsch are a standout. They hold hair securely without slipping and work equally well for fine or coarse hair, which is surprisingly hard to find in a smaller clip. The flat design is what makes these special—they lay close to the head, look chic, and don’t feel bulky or awkward. I can wear them all day without pressure or headaches, even when driving or leaning back. Functional, comfortable, and polished. I have thin (and thinning) hair. So I thought I'd buy myself some clips to liven up my middle aged life. This clip broke on the 2nd use! And the comb teeth got bent, which is weird because I don't have very much hair (stress women, stress!). It is not made of a durable plastic. I've had some other brand's clips that lasted for more than 5 years. I think this Kitsch clip broke because the spring is stronger than the plastic hinge that attaches to the spring, and the tiny bump that holds the spring in place is not strong enough for the spring. One star because it's pretty, otherwise zero stars. SO DISAPPOINTED!

It’s very cute and comfortable to wear, the colors are also very nice however I found that the prongs are a bit flimsier compared to other kitsch products I have. Aesthetically great but don’t expect years of use

AWESOME HAIR CLIP / SMALL SIZE!!! I have very little and very thin hair (you could almost call it adult baby hair) and I've always had a really challenging time finding her clips that will work and stay in place. This one locks in hair even if not grabbing it all - and stays put the whole day. I went back and bought 2 more. Worth every dollar.

When it works, it’s great and securely held my hair. However it broke about a month after getting it and only using it a couple times a week.

Looked really nice, felt nice, easy to use but broke very quickly. First tine fell off after about 10 days and more fell off after about 6 weeks. Obviously no tines so didn’t work after that. My hair is long, curly, and I was only holding back part of my hair so not much thickness was used. I wouldn’t buy it again. This is an addendum: the seller contacted me and offered full reimbursement. It was unexpected and well appreciated. I am very happy with the seller and would buy from their products again.

It holds Thin fine hair! I think bc it has vertical and horizontal teeth it manages to actually hold my hair. Other clips just slide out or I need to use bobby pins. Not with this clip. It stays secure. This one stays in place even with only a bit of my hair which is very fine. Keeping this clip. Only comment for maker would be Wish it also came in A smaller size for different styles.

Tortoise she'll goes well with everything and I like the way it ways flat. I have not had it long so im not sure of durability. It seems well made.
