Excellent wetsuit! I don't understand what all the fuss about sizing is. After reading reviews, and taking others advice, I ordered a size larger than I normally would. What a big mistake! I had to return the XL for an L! Amazon was great with the return although for my trusting reviewers, it cost me a few bucks in shipping. Not a big deal because I normally wear a size L and that is what I ended up with. Wetsuits in general are tricky biz and if you are not willing to deal with the returns process, I strongly recommend you buy at a shop where you can try them on. Buying on line, NeoSport makes a great product! The feel is flexible enough for swimming and the 3mm keeps me warm. I am using the suit primarily to swim in the ocean when the temps are in the 60's and so far, this suit is living up to expectations. Solid construction regarding seams and a great zipper that is easy to reach. All in all, an excellent value!

This wetsuit claims to be 3 mm but I measured the fabric with a caliper and it is 2 mm. The main reason I bought it was to get a warmer suit than my current 2 mm shorty, since the pool I had been using was heated, but the pool I will be using, and for which I bought this suit, is unheated. Very deceptive and disappointing! This suit seems nice as far as fit and comfort. Size seems true as listed; I bought a large which is a little loose and comfortable on me, the way I like it, and I am 5' 9" and 155 lbs. Suit has a fairly strong chemical odor; if I keep the suit, I will hang it in the garage for a while and see if the odor dissipates. Note: In the attached photo, the fabric is folded over double and measured with a caliper. The caliper reads 4 mm, and since the fabric is doubled, the thickness of the fabric is one-half the caliper reading, or 2 mm. Also I could immediately tell by the feeling of the fabric that it is 2 mm, similar to my current suit, not 3 mm as labeled on Amazon.

Have not dove with this yet but I did try on 2 other brand wetsuits and their neoprene was by the the softest and most comfortable. Their XL is the only one I could don w/o beting a contortionist and still have a great fit. I am 5'9" and about 210 so i'm not your typical build for these I suppose but it fit very nicely, very impressed. If it performs half as well as it feels i'll be happy. I also like how the arm does not go nearly to the elbow. Being someone w/ larger than average arms and wide shoulders this is especially nice as when bending my arm in most wet suits I feel like it wants to slingshot back straight due to the elasticity of the neoprene and the length of the arm itself. Also fits over the quad very nicely w/o much pulling effort but again, still a nice tight fit. Very nice first impression. Will report back after diving it for 3 weeks in Thailand.

Hi, I know this will sound strange, but I actually use shorty wetsuits for working out. I know, right... but hear me out. I have been doing this for about 20 years, and it works out great, because it provides better muscle support than a compression shirt, keeps your muscles warm, so less likelihood of injury, and you sweat a lot! Just be kind to others and wear shorts and a t-shirt over the wetsuit at the gym )))Having said this, I chose this wetsuit because it was thicker than the others i looked at. Once it arrived, I found that the fit is great and being a thicker neoprene, it provides a lot of support. I can easily perform all of my exercises, without restriction.I am 6", 200 lbs with an athletic build... i ordered a size Large, even though the chart suggested an XL. I did this for the "compression" fit for working out. An XL would have worked well for diving, etc... but i needed a specific fit for exercise.Great product, very well made, and great design. Very solid product.

I haven't dove with this wetsuit yet so I will just talk about the fit for now. I match half of the measurements on the size charts for a XXL regardless of the manufacturer. I am shorter than the recommended height for this wetsuit and heavier by about 20 lbs. Despite that, this XXL size fits nicely. The sleeves go all the way to just above my elbows and legs to right above the knees. It was easy to put on and zip up and I can move with ease and comfort. Despite being a beginner with limited experience, the quality seems to be very good.

Preliminary review after two uses: So far O love this wetsuit. I’m a big guy and was nervous about the sizing. But the XXXL fits me great — I’m just shy of 6 feet tall and 250 pounds. It’s comfortable and easy to put on. I used it for body surfing and open water swimming and it felt great and helped with my buoyancy. I will update the review after more use.

We all know how hard it is to order dive clothing using the fit charts. In most instances we give everything a guesstimate and hope for the best. BINGO FOR ONCE I NAILED IT. Suit is very well made but you'd have to be crazy to trust your keys to the small pocket. I I am five feet 6 inches tall. Chest is 39 waist is 36 and hips 39 inches. I ordered a mediem

Although it generally fits well, it does not have enough stretch or underarm material length to comfortably allow me to raise my arms straight up next to my head for front crawl swimming. I can only raise my arms to about a 45 degree angle with no restriction, but then suddenly it becomes incredibly tight and restrictive. Trying to swim in this is going to be very tiring, constantly fighting the arm restriction. Returning.

Compared with other cheaper brands, you can this wetsuit is definitely a little higher end. Nicer package and nicer stitches. However the S size won't fit me and it was too tight on my crotch. I am 5'8 and about 162 pounds. So I returned it. But I think a medium will definitely fit me.

Have not had a chance to try it in the water yet. (too cold). I am 6 feet and 210 lbs and had to get a 3XL in order to get into it. Looks real good and I am sure I will like it come spring. Order 2XL last year and could not fit I it. Was too short and too small around the chest...

I bought this in order to do my swim therapy in our local pool. For whatever reason they keep the pool very cold there----this suit has been a miracle----not only does it do as advertised but is a sturdy design---I especially appreciate the zipper cord as I was wondering how I was going to get this on on my own---make sure to size up for the best fit.

Fantastic! Would buy again in a heartbeat. Kept me warm and safe for hours of snorkeling.
