Great beer koozie
Had this can insulator for years. Love it. Wish Coleman still made it so I could get a few extras. Keep it in the freezer and it's always ready.

My new Favorite~!
I don't see the performance in this any better or worse than my Ozark Trail one. They both do a great job keeping stuff cool. What I've noticed is the insulating wall is thicker on Ozark Trail than Coleman. Outside of Coleman might feel a little colder, but it's also a smaller footprint. Easier to hold, not only because it's smaller but that it's textured where my Ozark isn't. As for inserting cans, I thought I wanted the screw off top that the Ozark offers to keep cans secure. But it became a pain and is unnecessary, as Coleman proved theirs holds good enough and is faster. As for Beer bottles, not good. Very loose. Ozark, even tho also loose inside, at lease the rubber seal kept bottle secure.

Pretty darn good; decent value
Pretty darn good; decent value...I really like the look and feel of this cooler. I was a little surprised by how small this is—meaning how closely it fits to the can. The pictures are accurate, but I was expecting something bulkier. It fits great in my hand and feels good to hold. There is some coolness transfer to my hand from the can. There is more than 3/4 of an inch of can sticking out above the top of this very good cooler, but I need that much leverage to wrangle/twist the empty can out. Once the fins loosen up a bit, it is pretty easy to insert and remove cans. The first couple times did take some effort. The only minor drawback is the weight, that others have mentioned, that makes it a bit tough to judge how much beer is left in the can. (I’m training myself to take smaller sips.)Look and hand feel: 5/5. The green looks classic and nice—I don’t honestly love the grey section at the top, but no big deal. Keeping beer cold: 4/5 (I never seem to make a beer last long enough to truly test this aspect well!) Ease of use: 4/5. Perceived ruggedness: 5/5. Seems like it’ll last a long time. The plastic/rubber coaster on the bottom is unnecessary but nice.

built tough, keeps cans and bottles cold and bottles don't rattle...
OK, it's not a YETI but it's half the price. I also like not having to screw on the top ring like the Yeti. There's a rubber pad at the bottom for both slide/slip free use as well as quiet when you place it down and doesn't scratch your table/counter/roof of your car/etc. I think it's powder coated but I dropped it on my tile floor with no damage to the paint. Slim enough they still fit my car cup holders.Otherwise they are hand-wash only and made in China. It's apparently made by Ignite USA (Contigo) under license.(maybe not "under lic." as I just realized Contigo and Coleman are 1 big happy family under the Newell-Rubbermaid umbrella - as of the date of this review)

Happy!
I don't know about Yeti, other than the price of their coolers. That alone is enough to make me look elsewhere:COLEMAN, of course. This little dude keeps my beer cold. That is what I bought it for, it's all I ask of it. I notice a remarkable difference over a naked can. Maybe that's obvious to you folk, but I sometimes need to be hit over the head before I reach a decision. This was a good one. In fact, I henceforth will check on Coleman products FIRST before I bother with the overpriced competition.Pro tip: A folded up paper towel placed in the holder will take care of that pesky condensation drip.

Great Design
This is a great design cold drink holder. The insulation is excellent, very little cold comes through the grip and it stays nice and dry. It keeps my cold drinks cold and my hands warm.Tall boy or regular cans fit perfect, as do most bottles. However, some bottles are a little small and rattle around. It really depends on particular bottle design. They can't design for every application, but it works surprisingly well for most. There are rubber fins around the lip that help hold smaller containers in place and make a nice sure grip on your drink, but not so tight the can/bottle is difficult to remove. Just give a quick twist and pull and it comes right out.I liked this holder so much, I actually ordered more to have for guests or for work.

Does what it should - Love it!
The media could not be loaded. Works as expected. The fins work well to hold a standard 12-ounce can in place; when removing the can, just twist in the direction of the fins, and it will slide right out -- with a little squeaking. I use this in my office (at work -- in an air-conditioned office). Keeps my beverages cold and my hand doesn't get wet from condensation. Keeps my desk dry, too. The surface feels nice in your hand, and the bottom of the holder allows you to place it on the desk without too much noise. It looks nice, too.
