Battery Issue
Having purchased (5) C400xt's in the last four years I can tell you their functionality is great for any job site. The noise canceling really works, especially for the price. The downside is you'll be buying a new one in less than a year because the battery fails. The average for me is 10 months.I just purchased one in May and it is dead already-so just around a month. By that I mean it will not take a charge or work. It is garbage.Every 400xt I have owned has been replaced for the same reason. It's a great product but a shame the battery can't be remedied.Be well-

Comfort and worry free
My husband has been a professional truck driver otr, local and now in the oil fields. He has had several bluetooth’s (Blue Tiger Elite, Blue Tiger Deluxe & BlueParrott B250xt just to name a few) designed for truck drivers. Comfort wise they start off great but, 8-10 hours into your 14hrs your ear tends to hurt and switching ears ends up being to awkward. The need of scratching your head while wearing a ball cap ends up being fun specially driving and holding a conversation. With the BlueParrott c400xt it’s been comfortable all 14 hrs, can wear with my ball cap or hard hat and not have to worry about taking it off during a conversation to scratch his head or change hats. Not to mention no longer having to worry if it is sprinkling or snowing outside when it comes to my Bluetooth becoming damaged when he gets out of his truck. As far as size of it he thinks it’s far better than some of the others he has had and really likes the earmuff feature remaining because the in the ear buds are far worse. He has had no issues with broken parts everything works great.

Works Greatish
It works great and a more comfortable option for long hair than the over the head type But it still gets heavy I wish there was a lighter Hybrid with the same NC Microphone

Durable, road warrior noise cancelling headset
It's an improvement over the 250. It seems more durable. I stuff it in my laptop bag like the I did the 250, but it seems to take the abuse better. It has the option for over-ear/around neck vs over-head. I use it when I commute 1 way for an hour, take a road trip by myself, or in the airport. I've asked about the noise around me and coworkers say they can't hear it during meetings. It pairs nicely with both my laptop and phone to work with MS Teams or take phone calls. I can toggle between both devices easily. I stumble with the voice prompts to answer a call, but that's me. When I'm aware and respond correctly, it works.

Created bad echo for the person talking to me
Very shortly after buying it, it started to constantly have a bad echo to the person I was speaking to. When I went to return it, I realized I had waited a few days too long to register the return and it was past the 30 days. So now I'm out $130 with a headset that no one wants to hear me talk on.

Very happy
I needed a bluetooth headset with the mic near my mouth. My mom is elderly and hard of hearing. I use my iphone most of the time. I have had several other headsets and was getting frustrated, but this one is great! I don't wear it all day, so not sure about comfort for extended periods of time, but not a problem for an hour at a time. My mom can hear me very well now. In fact -funny story - I called her the other day for just a minute - had a quick question and didn't use the headset. She said -"Put the phone by your mouth, I can't understand you". It has made a big difference, and I can hear her very well too!

Decent sound, but crashes - and cheap rubber finish didn't last a day
This headset has decent sound, but problems emerged the first day I wore it. At one point, it "crashed" - it wouldn't turn off even though I pressed and held the power button. (It finally began to respond again when I turned off the phone.) And the cheap, thin rubbery finish on the headset and the behind-the-ear bracket began to crinkle and fall off immediately after contact with the ordinary Coppertone sports sunscreen that I wear when I work outdoors. Both problems need to be fixed. But the worst problem of all is in functionality: The buttons are oriented toward telephony only. They can’t start or stop music, which is annoying if you want to use your phone, tablet, or computer for that. So, don't get this headset if you want to stream music or listen to podcasts; you won't be able to start or stop the audio without dragging out your phone. (They could fix this, since there's a programmable button, but they show no interest in doing so.) Finally, some features can't be accessed unless you have an iPhone or an Android phone. I have neither, and without being able to run their apps for those two specific platforms I cannot make full use of those features. Disappointing that they've allowed themselves to become dependent upon Apple and Google (especially Google, whose Android phones spy on all of their users). Also disappointing that the company has now been acquired by Jabra, which doubled prices without improving the products.
