My wife uses this regularly and swears by it. It helps provide her with pain relief as well as sleeping. I used it on my shoulder and it did seem to help with the stiffness. The cream was quick absorbing and not greasy.

I have previously used a different magnesium with melatonin lotion before bedtime. It wasn't available when I needed more. I found this lotion, and I'm happy I did. It smells wonderful, is very calming & I think it seems to improve my sleep even more than the brand I pwas ordering previously. I will definitely buy this one again!

Had to try it after I saw Jessica Chastain use it. The fragrance is light but not overwhelming. It’s not the most hydrating foot cream I’ve ever used but has good slip for massaging in after a long day. I’m not sure how much it really affects my quality of sleep but I do find myself more relaxed after putting it on. I wish the size was larger for the price.

I bought this lotion to see if it would help my baby sleep longer but it doesnt seem to have done anything. I have been using it for 3 nights now and nothing has changed. The smell is kind of nice though and very moisturizing but that wasnt the purpose of my purchase. I thought it was very odd the lotion didnt come sealed (see update). Overall, it is a great lotion but didnt work for us as intended. Update: seller contacted me to see how they could assist since the product didnt work for us. Def a legit company! Great customer service.

I fall asleep usually right away but wake up in the night and have trouble going back to sleep, with this cream go right back to sleep, sometimes don’t wake up at all. Cream rubs in well not oily. Very effective for me.
