Perfect for our needs

After an unfortunate accident, the wall behind the front door was pierced with a hole smaller than a dime. After patching with spackle, we installed this brass door stop and it not only does the job, it looks good too.

Cannot find brass in local stores. This works very well and reasonable price.

Beautiful, quality is good not great.

Great device to prevent holes in plaster from door knobs and lock buttons. Installed in 2 minutes. Really.

This is a good looking door/wall stop. For me, I give this 3 stars due to the size not working for my application. This may sound unfair but other than that I'd give it a 4 star rating. If you are looking at using this doorstop on wall to floor trim, it may be too high to fit. On my application, the stop extends about an inch and a half past the trim. I wanted to put it on the bottom of the wall for an odd bathroom door. My fault for not doing all the measuring. At the same time, my house has regular contractor trim installed. Nothing fancy. You can get it at the big box. All I'm saying is just make sure to check the size of this stop and measure your trim height if you are looking at this as a door stop for the bottom of the door...and don't want to attach it to the door.

Worked for my application

Had a nickle size hole in my wall. Patched it and put this over it. Works great.

The stopper, if being mounted directly on the wall, will damage the wall by the sharp edges. Further, the bumper tends to rotate as only one screw is applied.
