This far surpassed my expectations!! It was easy to assemble and mount onto the wall and it works perfectly for us in our small laundry room ! I love it !!

The product is as described really comfortable and fit for a small laundry rooms. The quality of the stainless steel is not really good but except of that it is a really nice product.

LOVE it
I moved into a condo from a house and the laundry room was tiny! I needed something that I could hang things from or lay on flat and this is amazing. I did not put it together, nor did I install myself (59 yr old woman with tools) I had a friend do it but it's just what I needed and LOVE that you can fold it down out of the way. Perfect!

Missing parts, I can't use it and the return date has passed
Forgot I had this, just tried to stall and found the one of the key components is missing. Now I am past the return date and I am just out of luck. Please contact me and give me some options.

If my Condo Owners aren’t complaining then it’s a win!
Not too bad for the price - ordered 2 for our condo’s shared laundry room. One of the two gave me a few challenges as it wasn’t aligned properly but I got it to work.The owners here seem to like it. So it’s a win.

I assembled with no problem. Husband mounted to wall with no problem. Attractive and practical. Works great in our small space.

IKEA Seconds?
These appear to be IKEA factory seconds. It’s a pretty good product, and worked well for hanging over our laundry room sink to keep things like wool garments from dripping on the floor while drying.However, the quality is not great. The parts that get attached to the wall have many very sharp edges where the hooks to hold the shelf were punched out. It seems like the edges weren’t finished at all. Overall I don’t think the quality justifies the price because of the unfinished edges.
