EcoHanky Men's Handkerchiefs 100% Cotton Classic Hankies

After item arrived I washed them with other cotton whites so they would be ready for use. Virtually every one of them had threads coming loose from the piping around the sides, some with large gaps between the cloth and the piping. The attached image is an example. I'm very disappointed they couldn't make it through one mild washing without starting to come apart.There are plenty of other vendors for handkerchiefs... Choose one of them, not this one.

I needed some handkerchiefs for the cold season so ordered these liking the high number of stars and the cheap price. Well, you get what you pay for. The material on these is so thin and flimsy I can watch tv through one of them. Kinda scratchy material too - won't feel good on the nose. Oh well, lesson learned.

I bought these to hand embroider and give as gifts. Out of the 6 handkerchiefs, only two were without flaws in the hems (see pictures. One handkerchief had two sections of stitching flaws). One of the handkerchiefs had a weaving flaw in the fabric that resulted in some piece of purple lint/scrap being woven into the item. (See last picture) The pictures were taken after being washed and dried but not yet ironed.I purchased these based on their high rating, but they were a huge disappointment. I can only assume I received a poorly made batch. Since I plan to embroider these, I am hoping I will be able to hand repair them and make them into nice gifts.**Edited to add that after ironing, I noticed one of the already flawed handkerchiefs has a corner where the fabric was not cut into a squared corner and the hem was just continued over the missing section. See last picture.

People.All cotton handkerchiefs. They state they are all cotton handkerchiefs. Cotton isn't baby ass soft. Get a grip.They are cheap. They sop up the sweat from your brow and are useful for blowing your nose. I guess if you have a baby ass sensitive nose they might be a little rough but c'mon people.I've been using them for a couple of weeks now and the average humidity in my classroom has been in the high 70s to mid 80s. Inside. My classroom. So it's been humid. These have helped.And 12 for $12.99? At a dollar and eight pennies each, how could you go wrong?

These handkerchiefs are scratchy on my face. They come out very wrinkled out of the dryer. Possibly after washing several times they might come out less scratchy and wrinkly but I doubt I will use them enough to find out.

It's nice when a simple, everyday item that's of great value turns out to be satisfying for its simplicity, everyday, value. These hankies became a favorite item in my wardrobe for several reasons: first, they are a nice, bright, clean white in color. I do not know if the if the cotton fibers are this way naturally, or if a dye enhances the brilliance, but the hankies stand out and can be used in a formal outfit if necessary. Secondly, the hankies are SOFT. I haven'teven washed mine yet--they arrived nose-ready. Finally, at the price, you just can't beat these handkerchief for value. When it comes time to re-order, I will look no further. You certainly don't need a "designer" brand for something this simple.

I like these, other than they’re cotton, they “sort of “can be washed and dried. I use these mostly as tissues replacements at home, so when I toss them in the wash I don’t mind them getting a bit crumpled. This other brand I previously bought would shrink and crinkle because I think it was dry clean only or was it tumble dry only. I don’t remember, but I shouldn’t need to care if I’m using them as tissue.

These were EXACTLY what I wanted and hoped for. My 86 year old dad has been using hankies all his life. I needed to replace his old faded ones with holes that had been washed WAY too many times. Can't fine these 100% cotton lovelies in any brick and mortar stores. These were perfect and exact replacements of what he had. 100% cotton and he LOVES them!
