I have tried various kegel weights/workout helpers before. These were definitely on the better end but lacks a few things that makes them not suited for more advanced trainers.The good:-The material feels great. Everyone calls their stuff silicone, but you never know. Even if it's not it feels very soft and smooth.-The shape is very easy for insertion, but more challenging than the typical ball to keep in so it does provide a better workout in that regard.-The colors are fun.-The packaging is superb. I know of no company(not including customs) that makes boxes, and packaging in the boxes for sex toys that look as good as lyps. This alone is probably the biggest recommendation I give for them. Lyps products make great gifts because the packaging looks so nice, it feels like Christmas opening one.The bad:-They have a little nub at the end of the string instead of a ring. The nub works perfectly for pulling out easily and comfortably. However kegel weights/balls with rings are probably the best because when you are at a level where the weight itself is not enough resistance, you can attach more weight to the ring.-The shape of them. Even if they had a ring, the more egg like shape instead of ball decreases the resistance. It was harder to to use these than weights of equal mass because of this. Don't get me wrong, this is somewhat of a good thing because it means you get more work out of them.In the end, these kegel weights are a fine product and although the lack of a ring does make them less than the perfect product, they are better than most, and will work great. The packaging is also just fantastic. These really make a great gift.

I have used this product just 3 days and already can tell it is working. I'm 65 and began having urgency issues. My daughter recommended these. I bought this set because I thought I would need the lowest weight. Fortunately I haven't had a problem keeping any of the lowest 3 in place. I've tried doing kegels in the past. These make it much easier to isolate the muscles and to remember to do them daily.

I used this to assist in incontinence and also to add another level to my alone time with my husband. I love to way the box came discrete and the instructions were clear and easy to follow along with the weights themselves being easy to distinguish. Even though I maybe only did it once a day, I noticed a difference even after just a week or two! I used to not be able to do jumping jacks, and after two weeks and only graduating to the second weight, I was able to jump around without peeing myself! Haha! It's awesome, and I can't wait to see my results get better and better. And it's not as weird or awkward as you'd think to wear one. Just like wearing a tampon.

These weights are easy to use once you can get past any preconceived fears or concerns about them. Honestly, it took me a while to place the order, and after they arrived it took me a month or two to give them a try. Now I will be using them frequently, if not daily. I have had four babies (all vaginally delivered), so I really need to tone my kegels.

I bought it instead of some different more expensive brands over there, and it works. I happy of my purchase. It includes a nice bag, 8 weights, and instruction book. I recommend it to anybody who wants to make tighter their vagina. The only recommendation is to use it with silicone based lubricante instead of water base.

There isn't anything much to complain about, really. I wish that the manufacturer had included a recommended soap for cleansing.

Great product. I like the weight options to help build up strength.
