Very happy with these...as they have some unique ingredients that are excellent for heart health. Its uncommon for a supplement to contain Pomegranite juice powder imo, but this one has 160mcg. And it also has 160mcg of Beet Juice Powder. So a cardiologist recommended I take Beet Root Extract for its heart benefits, and Pomegranaite Juice has been found to be excellent for the endothelium (the inner lining of the heart I believe.) Not only that..but the strong 2000mcg dose of Apple Cider Vinegar is also great against an H.Pylori issue I happen to have + likely other health benefits as well.Plus you also get 200% Daily Value Folate, and 167% DV Vitamin B6 (as well as 1% Sodium, 3% Carbohydrates and a few grams of added sugars.) So its a great and unique blend...with lots of benefits.They also taste good, so enjoyable to take before my meals. The taste is not perfect however, as you do get a slight bitter taste from the Apple Cider Vinegar when you get towards the center of it I think. It kindof opens up to what tastes like ACV I think, but its not a bad taste. I actually kindof like it. But it is like 10 or 20% bitter, when you get to the center, but surrounded by sweet tasting goodness, so you dont notice it too much and it is not even close to being overwhelming.One other thing I do not like is that it contains Sucrose Fatty Acid Ester, which is apparently a not-natural compound, from mixing sucrose with fatty acids. So this could perhaps cause some gastrointestional issues in some people, such as bloating etc. esp if consumed in high amounts. So the amounts here are likely small, but something to consider. It also seems to be a new or small company, with some mixed results, from what I can find.Overall: I really like this blend, it tastes good, and while there are a few negatives, they do not outweight the positives of what you get imo. So I would recommend this for some who primarily want the health benefits from the somewhat unique blend here.

I bought these Gummies mostly for the B12 and folate, and they taste great! I looked forward to taking them each day. The flavor and texture are actually quite nice. But, they have a lot of sugar at 5g per serving, which is over 1 tsp. Recommended dosage is 2 gummies, 2-3 times per day before a meal. So, this bottle of 60 could last as little as 10 days (if you took 6 per day) up to 30 days (if you took 2 per day). Current price of $49.95 is expensive. 2 safety seals upon arrival which is always nice and I appreciate that they are vegan by using pectin instead of gelatin.
