So far so good. No problem up to now

We have had this for one season now. So far it is holding up great, we have it right above the sink where employees wash their hands and the water and soap spatters on it. It keeps working great. It is easy to punch the time cards in it would be nice if all the buttons were labeled like Morning and break check out. But it is pretty intuitive to use and even some special needs employees are able to remember which buttons are which. If the buttons were color-coded like the two morning ones. And then when you check back for break a different color and then check back for lunch and check out for lunch the same color type of thing. But otherwise it is very clear Very easy to use. The ink has lasted. We’ve unplugged it and lost power numerous times and it still comes back on. I am extremely happy with it!

Didn’t realize the date isn’t stamped, instead the time is stamped on the numbered row that corresponds with the day of the month. So if you need to start someone on the last day of the month, there will only be 1 day stamped on that timecard (side b) and you need a new one for the 1st of the month. Interesting concept. This also doesn’t add the hours which is a bummer. But overall it wasn’t too difficult to program and the feeder pulls the timecard in easily. Good product.
