The bell is so cute on my kitty. You can hear it some, but it's not annoying. Both collars will fit him (he's 7 pounds, mostly belly, ha!) by having one on the smallest size and the other on the bigger size.

All I received was an empty envelope! No collar- just a receipt!

Finally, a cat proof bell! My little kitten had become a master of silencing collar bells in order to harass my older cat. This product is amazing! Thank you for making my life and they lives of all my companions much better!
