Tastes great and does seem to help with the popping/ticking coming from my knees and ankles when I walk.

For older people they should take these gummies because they r good for u.They even taste great u chew. Better for your over over all well-being. Safer to help with pain then harsh pain medication.

Tastes great. Contains the black pepper that is supposed to enhance the tumeric's anti-inflammatory properties. You don't taste the pepper at all.

Love the taste but a lot of sugar
