Bought this as a gift for my brother. The look and quality is great for the price, fits him well, he says it’s comfortable, and works great.

Good quality

Poor quality item. I have installed the Donegani bracelet on my Apple Watch one and a half months ago. Two weeks ago the siding of the leather part came off. Today the metal part that the leather bracelet is attached to just broke. I would not buy this again.

I’m using this on an Apple Watch 7 midnight black. The hardware is nicely finished and there are no connector problems. The clasp is a glossy black, and I have no idea how it was applied or how well it will wear over time. The leather itself is soft and supple, with no “breaking in” required, consistent with the leather chosen. I have no idea if this was “designed in Italy”, but it is a decent quality band from China, and certainly resembles the Hermès single tour band, but I’m not sure it would fool anyone as authentic. Overall, a nice band with a soft, supple leather. The only reason for a 4 star is having no idea how the hardware will hold up over time. These inexpensive Chinese finished metal clasps generally wear out quickly, but I liked the overall design and bought it anyway. I’m hoping that is not the case here.

Would like buying it again

I already own 4 genuine Hermés bands from apple and the Biscuit/electric blue band from donegani feels very similar to the leather quality of the authentic Hermés bands. Fair warning though it’s possible that may have been a fluke.The other bands however feel noticeably cheaper and more plasticky compared to a band made from authentic Italian leather. So just be aware that there is a very noticeable difference in quality between some of the bands.

This watch band looks great when it works, and I've worn it daily over the last 2 months. But each month one of the screws has popped out. Once about a week after I started wearing it, and then again today (pictured above). The first time it happened, I thought "no big deal" and decided the manufacturer just didn't tighten it enough. I was able to put the screw back in with a specialty screwdriver bit. However, and the reason for my poor review, a different screw came out today (now the second screw), and it seems to have completely stripped the thread when it fell out. I cannot tighten it back up and now the band is useless.I like to have my band somewhat snug so the watch gets an accurate read on my heartrate. But the screws have only popped when I apply tension to clasp the band. I'm considering purchasing a replacement, because I truly liked the look and feel of the band when it worked. But for those who may take issue with buying a $40 band twice, I'm leaving this review.
