The perfect portable fridge from the excellent brand Ecoflow
I have been a fan of Ecoflow since I decided I need home battery backup, however they have more product beside home back up. This Ecoflow Glacier Classic 35L is an great example that everyone can use for grocery shopping, camping, or just outdoor BBQ or emergency need to keep things cool. Let me first tell you that Ecoflow Product and Customer service are top notch, I never had any issue with them. They respond fast and service is awesome, and the product are stylish and function very well. This 35L fit my need when grocery shopping and keep things cool inside on my way home, unit itself is actually pretty heavy, it have a handle on each side so if you are strong enough you can lift it up by yourself, if not I recommend 2 people to lift. The color and product design is always good from ecoflow, it looks good and not ugly, the greyish color is nice to look at with a nice big ecoflow logo on there. The top cover door have two handle latch on each side and you can open from either side and close on either side which is very nice. There is a battery compartment to use if you do not want to use the car charger, but make sure you buy the unit with the battery because it doesn't come with one. The capacity of this unit is perfect, it fit many drinks and other food inside, it fit my family need when I go out and shop for food to keep things cool. The noise level is low, you won't hear a thing if its in the car while you are driving, unless you have the unit in a room in complete silent then you will hear the compressor for sure which is not that loud at all. With the battery charged full, I was able to use this fridge setting at 40F from manybe 2-3 hours trip for about 3 times and it still tells me there is 4 days battery life left, and there is a max and eco mode, I just use the eco mode and it works fine for me. The battery have a usb-c port to charge it up, although you can also just plug it into the wall or use the car charger. My wife rated very highly for this fridge, she just doesn't like the price, but I'm a big ecoflow fan and I think this is an outstanding product. I highly recommend looking at this fridge if you are in the market for one.

Quiet 🌱 Consistent With A Few Tweaks
My bundle of refrigerator and battery arrived in two separate shipments. The manufacturer warned me “after” the purchase that this would be the case. The refrigerator and battery combo is physically quite attractive and fit well together. The fridge door vacuum seals shut which saves energy and maintains cooling within a six degree temperature span of the set target (your own refrigerator does the same only louder). After installing the battery, it wouldn’t charge from the fridge (AC). The system update (firmware) wouldn’t complete either. But now, after running the battery to down 20% by pulling the AC power cord, the update completed and all of the features work beautifully. The battery charges to 80% to preserve its life as instructed. For someone living alone the whole thing is quite amazing really. Not a lot of storage but I have my Britta water pitcher and other cold necessities packed away comfortably. If I had a complaint it would be that the main storage basket needs a physical divider. I furnished mine from packaging tape. Update 7/31/25 Voila! The perfect unit from an operational perspective. Now, I finally was able to update the firmware which was the last issue I encountered. Here’s how to do it if you’re having problems. First, EcoFlow support is EXCELLENT. They suggested that I 1. unbind the phone from the app 2. Upgrade the software app 3. Re-log into my Wi-Fi 4. Repeat the upgrade That didn’t quite work so I unplugged the unit placing it in battery mode (had plenty of juice at 80% full) and reinitiated the procedure above. It worked! It’s likely that I could have removed the battery placing the unit in AC mode and achieved the same result. I suspect that because the unit has to restart twice during the process that it stumbles in the update process when confused about the power source. Eliminate one of them and you’re good.

Battery does not seem to last as advertised.
I purchased this, as the larger capacity ones have not been sold for a bit of time. I held off till it went and sale and picked it up for longer trips and just keeping things cold without having to deal with ice. I feel it is a bit overpriced, but most ECOFLOW items usually are. Similar items sold by other companies are sold for fraction of the price. The real reason you buy this is for the quality though. It does seem to be put together well, is very sleek and nice looking. The capacity again is a bit smaller than I wanted, but it will hold drinks and whatever you need in it. It took me a while to charge the battery. I plugged the battery in by itself into the wall outlet and it was taking forever. I think it would take a few days like this. I put the battery in the unit, and plugged the unit into the wall, and this seemed to be ideal charging method. This charges the battery and powers the unit. I always get this thing to temp before heading anywhere with the wall charger. If you run this battery only, it will pull about 50w while getting to temp. This burns the battery pretty quick. Getting it to temp and then maintaining lets it last longer, but not much. On max, this thing will only last a few hours. On Eco it seemed to last longer, but that's due too it using less power to keep cold. I found myself switching to max, as it was not able to keep the temp I selected on Eco. This is also very heavy. It is recommended two-man carry, though I am able to carry it with minimal items inside alone. This thing is totally silent. You would never know it is running. This is very nice as you are not listening to a loud refrigeration unit. The bluetooth connection is very nice, and very user friendly. You can switch anything you want on the device at a moment's notice on your phone.

I’m a Dometic fan but this one seems to keep up adequately Same relative $ and size but with the addition of the Battery? Could be a game changer

Great freezer or fridge! (It’s not both because it’s 35L but their 45 and 55L have dual zones) sleek design and aesthetic. When empty I can lift it myself but when full requires two people. Do make sure you buy the “plus battery” so that you can take the unit in your car or camping. And eco flow has great customer service so far!!!

I have had no issues with the product. I do feel like the quality from the first Glacier Cooler has gone down. I own the first Glacier and it is very sturdy versus the Glacier Classic. I do like the fact the LCD screen is not so huge as the previous design as it's easy to break. I would give 5 stars for the product but the quality doesn't seem as good. Still something worth buying if you're already in the EcoFlow family of products. Just my opinion.
