Allied Moulded SB-2 SliderBox 2 Gang Adjustable Outlet Box

I use these boxes to replace a single gang when I install ceiling fans and want to control the light and fan separate. I love the security the side screws provided versus the oldwork boxes with a flap. Amazon needs to get these on Prime.

I thought I was going to have to use an old work box until I saw a youtube video about this.Does what it should and seems secure.Best of both worlds I think.Too bad no one sells them locally and shipping costs can get high.

These are great for remodeling especially in old lath and plaster walls. As long as you can find a stud to mount these on, they work great. Are very solid after mounting.
