I just got it yesterday. It feels great. I'm hoping it will heal my metatarsal bruises a bit faster then on their own. My dancing feet will be using this after every class and social dancing event. I use this massager in the evening when I am watching TV. I have neuropathy in my foot and leg caused by a sciatic nerve injury. The massager stimulates and soothes the nerves in my foot. An impact massager works just as well but I get tired of contorting my body in awkward positions to use the impact massager on my foot. The LifePro massager is so much easier to use - just rest your feet on the plate and go.
