This mattress protector does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It fits my king mattress perfectly and stays in place without bunching or slipping. The waterproof layer works great for spills and accidents, but it doesn’t feel plasticky or make noise when you move around at night. I am pleased with the quality and construction of this mattress pad. The sides are a silky mesh that has elastic to hold this under the mattress and keep it in place. The top of the mattress is covered with the waterproof section that feels like fabric since the waterproofing has a covering that isn't plastic-y. This is a good cover to protect and looks to be very washable.

We just purchased and put on the bed, so We haven't used it. But upon first looks it is very soft, not crunchy at all, and was super easy to fit over our thick memory foam mattress. It is very stretchy so it's very easy to apply over the corners. It does have a thin waterproof backing, but the top is soft fabric material. It looks really nice on the mattress. Love it so far

Very good product! I replaced a protector that was "crunchy" when I rolled over. This one makes no noice and is soft.
