Great item and the flow of water through the drinking spout is amazing, but the spout is very stiff to open and it arrived with a very small dent in the metal exterior

I got it for my girlfriend, and she loved how easy it was to use and how well it kept ice. It came in good packaging and was a good weight and size. I also loved the glossy color.
