True Organic Garden Lime – Raises Soil pH to Reduce Acidity – Ideal for Hydrangeas and Other Plants – 6lb Bag- Case of 4

This bag is going to last an extremely long time. I used this to make my own starter mix and have had excellent results with growing my watermelon, pumpkin, tomato and lemon seeds! My recipe: Approx. Quarter pound of spagnum moss, 1 brick of coco peat, 1 cup of vermiculite and 1.5 Tbs of garden lime (to neutralize acid levels of spagnum moss). I just mixed these all together and soaked the mixture until it was all damp before putting in the baskets. Some people use just the coco peat bricks and vermiculite, however the spagnum moss is cheaper.

This fertilizer did what I bought it for, change the color of my hydrangeas to bright pink! Worked just like expected. I have three large bushes, this bag will last me a very long time.

I was sold soil that was too basic. This acidifier dropped the PH exactly where I wanted it. I went from 7.5 to 5.5 on the pH scale exactly where I need it for blueberries.

Used it couple of times as instructed and no issues so far. Plants are growing well. probably needs another update in couple of months to see the actual results for the color.

I used it to raise the pH in my outdoor garden bed and it worked perfectly.

I had purple hydrangeas and they turned blue the next bloom. But only works on certain types of hydrangeas , some in other pots had no change in color.

Creates lovely deep pink blooms on our hydrangeas. Very happy! But you can't wait until the plant has budded, must be done in early Spring beforehand.
