Q: Why does Ganzo use one bronze washer and one teflon washer, instead of a bronze on each side?

I have no idea unless it's to cut down on price ....the knife is well worth the money

No washers at all just the steel liners very much like the delica.

Q: So, would you say, that this is kinda similar to a Delica in almost every single exact way except the hole? Asking for a friend.

Not a Delica clone. This is slightly shorter than a Delica, has a finger choil (the Delica does not) and has a less contoured handle than the Delica. I can get all 4 fingers on the Delica handle — I can only get 3 1/2 on the 759 if I’m not using the finger choil. It’s actually a Byrd Meadowlark 2 clone.
