Excellent price, authentic product, highly effective!!
I have never used a toner before, but I recently started a 10 step skincare routine and apparently toning is highly essential. Let me say, now I agree! I am 29 yrs old, female, oily and hormonal skin. I have irregular breakouts, I get shiny on my forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. This toner has excellent reviews on popular K-beauty websites, but was very expensive. Here, I found it much more reasonably priced! Yay! After I double cleanse and exfoliate (only twice weekly), I pour a few drops into my palms and press into my skin. Immediately any redness literally disappears, magic! But this is my own skin, this is my own personal result. It does not make my skin tacky or sticky feeling, it does not sting or burn at all. A toner is meant to rebalance the skin after cleansing and exfoliating, and my skin loves this toner!! My skin tone is more even and brighter since using this product and definitely feels more plump and supple, just like its name. It has little to no fragrance. This bottle will last a very long time too, you only need a few drops for each application!! I highly recommend this product for any skin type, it is very gentle yet effective. Klairs made a huge impression, one of my favorite products. My skin has calmed down so much. I would love to try more products from Klairs!! Quick shipping, authentic product, great seller!!!

hydrating toner is a game changer in soft, smooth, supple, healthy skin
Hydrating toners have changed my skin care game. I apply this after washing my face. I sprinkle a few drops into my hands, then pat the product all over. I do not use a anything other than my hands to put it on, and I do not wipe it off. I allow it to absorb, then do it again (and again, and sometimes again). This formulation has a little soft scent from essential oils; lavender I think. They do have a formulation that does not have a scent if you prefer that. Just look for it. My skin feels fresh, soft, hydrated. My skin tends to be sensitive, but not too reactive. It leans dry, but has been so much better since adding in layers of hydrating toner. I am in my 40s with clear skin but redness from non acne rosacea. I have red veins (telangiectasias). I was dealing with a compromised skin barrier, but there too my skin has been so much better since adding in ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and protective skin care. I use this "toner" for days I want simple hydration. I use Too Cool For School Eggssential Fluid when I need a major hydration boost. Whichever one I use, I also follow up with a couple layers of Hada Labo Premium "toner"- for additional hyaluronic acid. Then follow with an active serum (vit C or The Ordinary Buffet with Copper). Then top it off with a simple moisturizer to hold in all that humectant greatness. Let it set. Maybe top off with a couple drops of a nourishing oil (rosehip or carrot seed, usually). Definitely follow up with a sunscreen. I used to focus on moisturizers, but I have found the inclusion of hydrating toners (especially when applied in layers) has done the greatest job in terms of skin hydration and feeling and looking soft, supple and healthy. I like this toner, and will buy more when I have finished up my current bottle.

It's refreshing and calming. The best toner ever.

Careful with sensitive skin.
Please keep in mind while reading this: I have terribly sensitive skin (allergies that make me break out in bad rashes on my skin, something I feel I've been fighting since I was very little with medication, skin creams, etc. etc.) and it's really hard to find products that work for me. I had been wanting to try out the Korean skin care routine because really nothing else seemed to be working, but I also wanted to keep to cruelty free products. After some research, I was able to create my own "Korean skin care routine kit for sensitive skin" and WOW, my skin feels amazing. Unfortunately, since I bought them all at the same time and started using them all right away, I can't attribute any one thing to keeping my skin feeling so soft, my pores shrinking, my rashes GONE, and the CONSTANT peeling on my nose also no longer being a problem. What I CAN say about this toner is that it does not dry out your skin like most toners to the point where you have to immediately put on moisturizer right after. I love that it doesn't give you that squeaky clean feeling! For those that have sensitive skin, just be careful - after about a week or two it began to sting slightly. Although I kept using it and I DO have sensitive skin, everyone's reactions are different, so just be careful. In my set I bought: - KLAIRS Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil - KLAIRS Rich Moist Foaming Cleanser - KLAIRS Supple Preparation Facial Toner - COSRX Tone Balance Essence - KLAIRS Rich Moist Serum - INNISFREE Orchid Eye Cream - COSRX Aloe Soothing Day Cream AND COSRX Ultimate Moisturizing Honey Overnight Mask

I'm a huge skincare skeptic! This is Amazing! (update 2018)
This is my honest and very detailed review of the Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner 180ml. I received this on February 6 2017, and I bought it from the seller Wishtrend. My product was not counterfeit and the shipping was fast because I have Prime. I have been using it for about 4 months now. This product is amazing. If you wish to read the full details of my review please keep reading. I hope this review helps someone :). Pros/ Good: 1. Hydrating for a toner! 2. Very gentle, it is gentle enough that it didn't irritate my sensitive acne prone skin 3. Seems to be great for all skin (my mom and sister tried it and they have different skin then me) 4. No fragrance ( artificial fragrance is especially not good for the skin) 5. Layers well with other products 6. Fast absorbing 7. Seems to do what is advertised 8. Get a good amount of product for the price 9. Packing is simple and nice, and it dispenses well 10. My other products seem to absorb better and with no peeling with this toner Cons/ Bad: 1. The price may be a turn off to some because it is not exactly really low cost 2. Some that like simple ingredient list may not like the long ingredient list this product has ( I don't mind). My skin type: I have dry, sensitive skin that is prone to mild acne. My skin reacts terribly to harsh chemicals and fragrances. I have always had clear skin in my teens but for some reason saw mild acne bumps occur on my cheeks ( small 3-4 of them) and I am in my 20s. Sometimes I would get 1-2 deep, pus filled zits. My skin has gotten a lot better since 2 months of use and this has helped ( though not the main reason). To make clear this did not clear up my acne but it did help because hydrated skin is happier skin. What helped my acne overall were probiotics ( and sugar free yogurt) and switching to a low refined carbs and sugar diet, I also consume more fruits and veggies when I can because eating clean is expensive. The Package: I think it is important to pay attention to packaging when purchasing skin care products. The toner comes in a brown cardboard box. The front has an image of the toner, and the coloring is brown and purple with black ink. The writing is in black ink for the majority of the package. The writing is in Korean and english. It states the location of manufacturing. The bottle is made of plastic and is a very dark brown with a black plastic top. The label is placed on the actual bottle and is a ivory or off white color. The text is in Korean and english. It dispenses like a drip, so one drop at a time. It looks legitimate and none counterfeit from my research. Please research all your skincare before purchase. The ingredients list: Main ingredients- sodium hyaluronate, glucan, centella asiatica extract, lipidure Other ingredients: water, butylene glycol, dimethyl sulfone, betaine, caprylic/caprice triglyceride, natto gum, sodium hyaluronate, disodium EDTA, centella asiatica extract, glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root extract, polyquaternium-51, chlorphenesin, tocopheryl acetate, carbomer, panthenol, arginine, luffa cylindrica fruit/leaf/stem extract, beta-glucan, althaea rosea flower extract, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, hydroxyethylcellulose, portulaca oleracea extract, lysine HCL, proline, sodium Ascorbyl phosphate, acetyl methionine, theanine, lavandula angustifola (lavender) oil, eucalyptus globulus leaf oil, pelargonium graveolens flower oil, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) peel oil, cananga odorata flower oil, copper tripeptide-1 How I use it: I do not use this with a cotton pad or a cotton ball because cotton absorbs a lot of the product causing one to use more. If you think you have extra make up on your face and want to wipe it off just incase then a cotton pad/ball would be recommended. However, I use it mainly as a toner after I know all my make up is gone. I wash my hands, dry them and then use a few drops and gently pat it on my face. My experience: This product is a holy grail! The product dispenses really well so I never use to much. The color is clear, it is pretty much odorless, and the texture is a little viscous and not really watery, and none sticky. Like I stated before I have dry skin. I often get dry flaky spots in the winter. I have used toners before and they were all watery and drying. Most toners have an alcohol smell and some irritated my skin or dried it out worst like CosRx toner. I switched to Klairs toner after seeing great reviews. I was skeptical, and the price was not the cheapest if it did not work but I was desperate for hydration so took the risk. I do not regret it! This is as hydrating as a toner can get. It leaves my skin smooth and not tight. It is fast absorbing and layers beautifully under products and no peeling. It does what it advertises and helps remove extra make up. I also notice my products absorb better into my skin when I use this toner, they absorb faster and do not peel ( I use 4-5 products in my skincare routine, including the cleanser). I cannot believe a toner like this exist! No irritation, no dryness so this is a dream! My family experience: My mother and sister tried this product and both love it! My sister has oily skin and my mom combination skin with oily and dry. My sister has moderate acne. My mom clear skin, sensitive, with a few wrinkles around the eyes ( my mom is in her 40s and my sister is in her 20s). They both had no negative reaction to the toner, and they both said it was hydrating. The toner did not peel and layered well for them. It also helped my sister remove her makeup. Overall: I highly recommend this product. This product does everything it advertises and that is remarkable. It is fast absorbing, layers beautifully, hydrating and helps in the removal of make up, gentle enough for sensitive skin. I can't believe this worked and I hope this works for everyone as well! I hope my review helps someone. Update: 9/1/2018- I am almost done with my second bottle since this review and it is still great. My skin still loves this product and as you can see I have only ever purchased 2 bottles! It last a long time and no one has had any adverse effects in my family. My skin has gotten better over all since my probiotics and cleaner eating ( my acne was mainly inflammatory gut issues) but my skin is still sensitive. I still recommend this product for everyone but again do your research before anything. I have sensitive skin but this has helped me, for those with skin sensitive to essential oils or more sensitive than mine than they also released another version of this that contains no essential oils I believe. I have not tried that yet but hope to some day, but Klairs is expensive so I am not sure if that will be anytime soon, however, I love this product so look forward to buying again. Thank you everyone and if anything some how gets worst I will update this review. I hope this helped some :)

Very light, very hydrating- excellent for sensitive skin
TL;DR my go-to toner after many failed ones! Toners have always been difficult for me to find (dry, extremely sensitive skin). They have always either been too intensive and broke my skin out, or would have been perfect if it weren’t for fragrances (which causes inflammation on my skin). Needless to say, I’ve never found what works for me. This toner is different. It is light and hydrating- but it is not intensive, which is exactly what my skin needs. It leaves a smooth, dewy feel on my face. There is no irritation or “itchiness” afterwards, which was always a problem with previous toners, and a sign that my sensitive skin has been damaged. After a few days of use, I can already tell there is a great improvement to my skin. I was dealing with a horrible breakout after a previous toner, and this product came in and healed my skin. It has returned to normal- but also gave improvements! I finally have that glassy shine on my cheekbones. I’ll be sure to update after a month of use!

Holy grail!
I absolutely adore this toner! I’m currently on my fifth bottle, and I can confidently say it’s the only toner that has never irritated my sensitive skin. The formula is gentle yet incredibly effective, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and balanced without any redness or discomfort. This toner truly feels like a holy grail product in my skincare routine, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and soothing toner!

This is everything a toner should be!!!
Other toners should honestly take notes on this one. A bit about my skin: - I used to have oily/combination skin, with adult acne breakouts back home (Vancouver, BC) - until I moved to Idaho, when my skin went through a huge change: - I now have normal/dry skin (or combination/dry, if that's a thing). My T-Zone is occasionally lightly-oily, but will still get some flaky patches, and my cheeks are mostly normal, but sometimes I'll get a patchy area around my nose. My skin can feel tight on occasion from the dry air and has increased drastically in sensitivity. Every product I put on my face is *carefully* researched and selected. I will read through all the reviews, find blog-posts, go through the ingredient list and look up anything I'm unfamiliar with, as well as clear it with my dermatologist (which I did for this as well). Naturally, I also check for other positives about the product such as it being alcohol free, paraben free, cruelty-free, and eco-friendly... and this is all of those things! This toner passes all my tests! First off, you get an enormous amount of product in here. Seriously, 180ml?! That's amazing, especially if you follow the application directions of patting it gently on your face with your palms and avoid using cotton balls! I've been using this product for over a month twice a day and I'm barely one fifth through it (I also just switched to once a day so it should last even longer!). The product packaging clearly takes the customer into consideration as well. The bottle is dark and the lid tightens nicely, to prevent light/air getting to the product inside. The bottle also has a controlled drip top, to prevent product just dumping out of it too quickly (I LOVE this feature) [see photos] You can see the bottle tilted upside down on my hand with nothing coming out. A little shake of the bottle drips out just the right amount. The texture is hard to describe, it's not 100% watery, it has a tiny bit of structure to it (it drips slowly down the back of your hand). Again, this is nice, it allows for easy spreading on the skin. It feels super refreshing, and much more moisturizing then I ever expected a toner could be. It has a very "soft" citrus scent (lemon/orange peel) with SLIGHT floral notes (lavender, I believe). Don't be alarmed if floral scents bother you, it's really quite nice. SO happy! I'm hooked for life!
