I always eat this brand as it is so full of fruit it makes it my first meal of the day,enough to keep my full of energy

Out of all the branded cereals by big names, this one wins head and shoulders above the others, very tasty and satisfying.

Very tasty, very fresh, high percentage of fruit in it, not just bulked out with oats. Next order going in.

They're not kidding about the berries -- this blend of hearty brekkie cereal is over 50% dried fruit which makes it amazingly chewy and tasty.There are two sorts of raisins, blackcurrants (very sharp!), blueberries, raspberries and cherries. A really delicious mix; and no nuts for people who struggle to find a muesli which isn't packed full of them. (But they are made in the same factory as the nut varieties, so not suitable if you're nut sensitive).This blend is very filling so you really don't need a big portion to keep you going until lunchtime. It's low fat, high fibre and contains wholegrains -- but anything with this much fruit is going to contain quite a bit of sugar so bear that in mind if you have any issues with high blood glucose.The low level of salt in Dorset Cereals also makes them very helpful for people with high blood pressure and heart conditions. Ditto the whole grains and oats, which can help to lower cholesterol.Dorset Cereals feel quite expensive compared to supermarket and big brands, but we've found that you don't need to eat huge portions so the boxes tend to last a long time. On my own, this size box usually takes me two full weeks to chew through!Delicious.9/10
