For elevating moods and nurturing peace I use a Kava extract paste found on Pinterest. This works well.

Q: How much actual magnesium is in a 3 capsule dose?

As per the manufacturer, Nature's Sunshine says,"Mind max comes with 90 capsules per bottle and each amount per 3 capsules comes with 70 mg of magnesium."

Q: After being on this for 4 months, it's starting to not work as well., Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sam-E is very good. Quercetin with Bromelain is calming. Kava extract paste on Pinterest is wonderful.
