Too Slow!
This product from the get go was incredibly slow. After initial setup the laptop would be on 100% cpu for around 5 minutes after startup.Opening any settings or folder would take forever to load.Sent back and got a refund. In this day and age never buy without an SSD and a solid CPU

You get what you pay for...
I had a Lenovo laptop crash and burn after 2 years so returned to the "safe bet" of Dell.Wish I hadn't bothered. This Dell + windows 10 is a match made in hell. Slow, quirky, endless Microsoft issues.Hate Apple but in retrospect should have gone with them - but ridiculously expensive....

An ahstheric laptop; does what it says; good value
My first dell laptop and I’m pretty impressed. The screen resolution is clear and HD. The picture looks great. The laptop was slow when I first used it, but This was its first and second power up. Since it has been operating quite nippy. The touch pad is okay, personally I prefer a mouse so I bought a dell bluetooth wireless one (of which I recommend). The battery life is around 8 hours as it says. I usually have it plugged in but tested it. The keyboard buttons feel great however I find the keyboard relatively small - but this is because my last laptop was a Sony Vaio and so in comparison it feels small to me. As a student I’m writing a lot of reports, switching between PowerPoint, word, excel and a browser. The laptop does this snappy and it looks aesthetic. The storage is unbelievable for us price. I would recommend this laptop as great value for its price.

This little laptop is perfect for my personal use, it's quick and easy to setup and works well. Arrived much quicker than I was told it would too, so I'm very happy

returned for refund
Right out of the box the headphone jack didn't work, neither did the screen brightness adjustment buttons. Obviously not much quality control going on. Returned for a refund.
