ナウフーズ系のサプリは他にもLテアニンを愛用してましたが価格高騰してコスパ悪いのでこちらに乗り換え。期待はしてなかったけど使用してみるとLテアニンと効能・質があまり変わらない気がするし安くてコスパが良いなと思った。あくまでも気がするだけでサプリメントなんてそんなもんですよね。あとめっちゃ臭いです。足の裏みたいなニオイがします。でもLテアニン高いし…コスパ考えたらこっちリピかなと。寝る前に2錠飲んで朝の目覚めスッキリって感じ
