Got this TV delivered and it set it up. Picture was fantastic until I had it on for maybe 30 mins and then all the sudden it was like closing a curtain...the picture slowly dissolved until there was nothing left and that's the way it remained. Tried to reset it, unplugged it. Turned it back on and the screen came on but there was no picture. Must have gotten one defective unit in 300,000. Great! Amazon will credit my purchase and pick it up. Will have to reorder another from another reseller as they are currently out of stock. ***UPDATE*** Well the TV seems to be working fine for now in the time I was set up for a return on it. I am going to cancel the return and if I have further issues with I will contact Sony. The picture is fantastic and the size is great!

Ill keep this short and sweet, this 75 Inch X93L Sony TV is amazing. The picture on this beast is just pure awesome. Coming from a 4 year old high end 65" 4k Bravia TV i didnt expect much of jump in picture quality,was just focused on size upgrade,however the picture quality is INSANE here. Viewing angles are great,clarity n color is great,smart functions are awesome and work flawlessly. The added Video game features and functions work amazing with my PS5. Worth the money for sure.

When this television was purchased in October it came with two removable stickers on top corners. Don't know if it was the adhesive, faulty coating process, or a combination, but this resulted in the top left anti-reflective coating becoming loose to the point of failure when gently cleaned with dry microfiber towel. When contacted via phone, Sony support almost immediately tried to blame user error and initially stated that their televisions should never be cleaned or even touched, statements which were softened once the fact that cleaning via dry microfiber cloth was recommended on the Sony website. Unfortunately, that small victory did not help with the engineering department that requested 15+ pictures over multiple emails and refused to answer questions or speak to me directly. So in the end I'm stuck with a television that has noticeably diminished bright room performance from a company that doesn't stand by their products. Shame how far Sony has fallen.

Bought this TV after our 7 year old Samsung quit. The picture quality is amazing for anything 4K. However watching sports on Directv satellite the picture is simply fuzzy. Can barely read the jersey numbers on a football broadcast. We've researched and tried every possible combination of picture settings with minimal improvement. The Samsung was great for sports on the exact same satellite system. Disappointing the say the least for a premium priced TV.

Our trusty old Sharp Elite TV finally died after ten years. This was its replacement, so it had to live up to the quality of the Elite. It has. This TV is bright! We have three large windows where the TV is and the picture is equally bright and easy to see. The blacks are as deep as they can be; better than the old plasma screens. The viewing angle is unbelievably wide. You can stand almost next to it at an angle and still be able to see a clear picture. No bad seats for movie watching. I am home all day and keep the TV on for background noise mostly. This is why we chose a mini LED over an OLED or QLED - no burn in on a mini LED. ALL OLEDS have burn in at some point, especially if left on 8-12 hours a day as we use TVs. So, if you are like me and keep the TV on all day, THIS is a great TV for you. Also, we love to watch movies and this is great for watching 4k movies. It even makes old movies look better. My only reason for deducting a star is there is a weird rainbow effect when we watch really dark movies (horror/scifi, etc) in a dark room with a source of light behind us. It is caused by the anti-reflective screen. I have motion night lights and if one turns on, we see a rainbow strip across the screen. It's annoying, but not a deal breaker; you just learn to leave the lights off that reflect in the TV. I love this television and highly recommend one. And 75" is NOT too big! I would have purchased the next size up, but my husband (yes, that's right) actually thought it would be TOO big for the stand that holds it. Tip: It's heavy. Around 100lbs. We are a couple in our 50's and we lifted it up on to a TV stand ourselves, but it wasn't easy.
