I wear nw45. Fawn is the color I like but it's not lighter than me. It's my exact color of my skin. I prefer to cover my dark circles with the color of my skin. To highlight I use toffee. Since I have warm tones and you have cool tones, I advise you to try to get one with pink tones--or cool tones. Since I don't know you, my answer can't be exactly what you should get. Sorry. Maybe next time you need to get help you include a picture.
