I'm so disappointed. This backpack is cute despite the misspelling of meow. The zipper on the main part of the backpack broke and we're only 4 weeks into school. Now it's too late to ask for a refund.Update: manufacturers sent us a brand new one at no charge.

Cute bag. The word meow is spelled wrong, it’s spelled “moow”. The zippers are a little hard to zip/unzip. It works well for my daughter.

Oh my daughter absolutely loves this bag and she says she gets many compliments from her friends at school too!

All zippers broke on the bag and I cnt put back. So it is unusable and only a month into the school year!
