The bike was delivered with no dents or scratches and very easy to unpack. The bike came already half assembled which made it very easy to get it up and running in the same day it arrived. The bike has a very sturdy frame and is durable. It looks great and the power on it is very good for a bike this price. The bike is a perfect fit for my height and it functions very well. The top speed is 22mph which makes this bike a steal for only 380$.

Great price, super fun and easy to use. Pedal assist and throttle are uncomplicated and user friendly. This bike is comfy and easy to assemble. Love the bright light and the detachable battery option for charging. Attached a dog trailer and my old dog loves it. With pedal assist, I can get her flying again without much effort. During first use, got myself up to 22 mph on straight road & about 12 uphill. I’m highly impressed with this bike. I checked recall list and didn’t see this one listed. Battery life is great! I highly recommend and it came early! Motor is quiet. My new favorite toy/weekend ride. Does not look like an e-bike and with battery detached, it’s an amazing standard bike for exercise. I’m taking this bike everywhere!

So ive had this thing going on a month now and i love this thing. So far i have put 300 miles on it and only had a flat once. Slime took care of that. The battery life is fantastic if you mix in assisted pedal and throttle only. I rode this thing 26 miles yesterday and only used 2 out of the 5 bars of charge. Build quality is exellent. Very quiet and pretty quick too. Really agile feeling bike. The adjustable front fork is a nice feature. For the money i think it has reasonbly powerful motor. Im 5'10 at 200 lbs and i get to top speed in about 10 seconds. It has a powerful front headlight as well. This is my first ebike and im extreamly impressed with the quality, function, and price of this bike. Would recommend

This bike is amazing! It came a week earlier than expected, it is as displayed it works great the seat is comfortable and the display shows you everything you need to know about the ride, speed, distance, charge remaining and how much power is being used. It was easy to put together the only hiccup was the place holder bar in the front fork was slightly too big for the tools that were sent. I rode the bike for 9 miles on my test ride with the battery about 59% and I got up to the full 22 and maintained 20 on a slotetty steep hill with medal assist. Going down the hill I got up to 35 and the bike felt stable. For the low price of $196 I don't think another ebike can beat it. The tools it comes with are 3 different sized Allen keys 2 open ended wrenches a screw driver and a tire pump. The battery life seems to be great considering the distance i ride and it wasn't fully charged. The bike has incredible stability even at high speeds and there were no frame damage to mention as I have seen in previous reviews the bike was pulerfect

I recently purchased and returned an e-bike from Walmart that was missing parts and had terrible assembly instructions. Having assembled bikes at a department store years ago, I’m no stranger to putting bikes together—but this one was poorly designed from the start, and even the welds looked like they were done by a beginner.After that experience, getting this bike was a night-and-day difference. The instructions are clear and include actual photos of the bike rather than vague line drawings. There’s even a QR code that links to an assembly video, which made the process incredibly easy. They thoughtfully include all the necessary tools and even a tire pump—such a nice touch that saved me from digging through my own toolbox just to find a 6mm hex wrench.The attention to detail is impressive. All the wiring is cleanly routed through the frame, the welds are smooth and solid, and the bike is surprisingly lightweight for an e-bike. It also has features that weren’t even mentioned in the description, like a quick-release front wheel and adjustable front shocks.Performance-wise, it has plenty of power. Even pedal assist level 1 gives a noticeable boost, and the throttle really takes off when you use it.I’ve only had the bike for a few days, but so far, I’m extremely impressed with both the build quality and the overall experience—especially compared to my previous e-bike.UPDATE: after riding this bike for 20+ miles on road and woods, it’s great. Seems very sturdy. It’s not crazy heavy like some electric bikes. I mostly used pedal assist at 1. That has plenty of power. The battery is still at 75%.

So far I'm loving the bike. The pedal assist (just the lowest level is my usual) works great and the assembly wasn't too bad. I had to both read the manual and watch the video (which differ a little bit in order and information provided). The sellers could DEFINITELY improve both, with narration for the video and more expansive information in the manual. But I'm not particularly handy and don't know bikes well and I still managed to get it all assembled, and it works well. Actually quite impressed with the quality and enjoying the ride so far! Battery life seems solid so far!

Would love to give this 5 stars, but bike came with wrong tools. Handle bars were not correct, and the instructions were absolutely horrible. Had to search through multiple YouTube videos. Minus those downfalls the bike rides great, battery life is wonderful. Great bike for a first time user of a ebike.

Awesome bike great price heavy duty very well built assembly was easy with the YouTube video and it goes wicked fast! Definitely would buy it again
