The issue we had was they folded down the top for packaging and glued it to the side of the bag. The bag had to be cut open to get to the tea bags. So now the bag will not be able to be used to store the rest of the tea bags in. The tea was great. The gluing of the bag was just stupid. Review: Pretty good!
