Well made and easy to use
I bough this to cover my 11' Abba Patio umbrella and usually don't buy extras like this as they typically wear out quickly, tear, etc. but thought it was worth a try since the umbrella was a large investment. It has made it through one and a half summers and still looks brand new. It gets western direct sunlight from 11am on and has not faded. I absolutely love the foldable pole to help unzip, get the cover back on, and zip it back up. It makes it simple, especially due to the height of the item. The pole folds out of the way and fits in my cross bar when done (see picture). There is enough room to get the cover around the umbrella and does not feel too tight. The zipper works well as well. Well thought out.

Great quality for a low price but not very UV resistant.
I have bought 4 of these, and they last about 2 years, and are so convenient to use with the fiberglass rod and long zipper. Then, after about 2 years in an ocean California sunshine environment, they get brittle. There is no other product that I can find that comes close for this really reasonable price.

Protects umbrella well while it lasts
UPDATE: Realized it had a ton of holes in the top, so bought a new cover to use every day and keeping this one to put on as a second, outer layer during the winter.Original review: PROS: Affordable. Straightforward to use. No zipper problems. Most importantly, umbrella is in great shape, and I’m 100% convinced that’s because we covered it.CONS: Faded to a strange pale pinkish color. Eventually got small holes at the bottom from where it was bunched up.NEUTRAL: Covers are inherently less attractive than the things they cover. Requires somewhere to hide it when it’s not covering the umbrella.Using this to cover an umbrella on an NYC rooftop - no shade, occasional brutal winds, air pollution, heat island summer temps, real winters. We keep the umbrella covered unless we’re actively using it, and the umbrella is pristine. We’re considering replacing it now, after 2.5 years, because it’s ugly and starting to look beat up, but it still does its job and we can hide it away when we have company. A much more expensive option might hold up to the sun better, but it is the nature of the sun to fade dyes and destroy plastics… so maybe not?

Cover Replacement
The cover fit, which was my concern. I only received it last month so I do not know how durable it will be, or if it is waterproof. No rain until October. But it was only 20 bucks! It looks great and I am very happy with the products! VLJ

Fantastic cover!
Great cover for patio umbrella. Came with pole to assist with taking cover on and off. Only complaint is the seam is coming undone near the bottom on one side, but still giving it 5 stars because it’s completely weather proof and best cover I’ve had for umbrella thus far.

Basic cover, did its job for about a year then ripped a giant hole right after warranty.
Pretty basic cover, water resistant plastic like material. Reasonably priced compared to others and worked for well for about a year. I thought it would be pretty tough but I guess not. Ripped a huge hole in the top out of no where.Wasn’t even a wind storm or anything out of the ordinary. Happened soon after the 1 year warranty expired, after than you’re out of luck. Not a good long term investment unless you’re looking to replace it potentially frequently.Edit: Update 2021So after I taped over the shredded up top of the cover to restore some basic functionality I noticed after a year or so the plastic of the cover started breaking down. Now pieces of it flake off when I take it down or bend it at all, probably stiffened by the sun exposure, basically the same as a slightly thicker plastic tarp. Definitely recommend going for a more cloth type cover than this unless you’re just going for a year or so of use.

Not built to last!!
It only lasted 1.5 years and then the seams started to fall apart. Also, the draw string was junk

It's Perfect
I decided to try this cover to replace my old worn out rotary umbrella clothesline cover. Since I couldn't find the replacement from the clothesline company, this sure beat taking the time for me to make a new one myself. Plus it was only $16.00. I have no problem getting it on and off with the added pole insert and the zipper cord. With the heat this summer and the numerous storms here, I keep it tight with two bungee cords. My use for it was unorthodox but it works so well that I'll probably buy another one for the patio umbrella when I store it for the winter. Very happy with this purchase.
