Monte Carlo [Blu-ray]

I kept laughing at myself as a 39 year old male in a hotel room watching this on my own! It's raining and I thought I need to watch a day time movie. Needless to say I actually liked it. I kept smiling at myself because I was watching it and really liking it. The story is really well told and fun. Well worth it.

Poor performance and last but not least- some accurate facts would have been great - showing at the end scenes from Romania but to be actually from Croatia.

Not being a member of the target audience for this film, I found it pretty enjoyable. Leighton Meester (my main motivation for watching) did a good job playing a character fairly removed from the Gossip Girl character that she's come to be associated with, while Katie Cassidy and leading lady Selena Gomez do well too. While the plot is (unsurprisingly?) silly in parts, it makes up for it with the use of exotic locations such as Paris, Machu Picchu and Romania, and a supporting cast including Andie McDowell and the late Cory Monteith.

The plot relies on people doing things a reasonable person never will do, so if you can ignore that it is quite a funny film.

I love everything about this movie, from the all-star cast to the styling everything is perfect. I never knew I needed to see Selena Gomez and Leighton Meester in the same movie until I watched this. I love how unrealistic the ending is and how bad the accents are. It's just the perfect teen movie in my opinion.

My daughter loves this, she twisted dads arm to buy. Decent if a little predictable story but hey it's great family fun, nothing too risqué and has her and her 9/10 year old pals engrossed for the duration so mum and dad get a couple of hours off LOL!

Very happy with the purchase. bought for a 13 year old girl, and another for a 11 year old. They both loved the story. about 3 american girls who get lost in paris and end up impersonating a celebrity and going to Monaco as famous people. They learn a lot about life and relationships. Brill film and funny.

A good film, bit of a far fetched story line and its stereotypical in places but the overall film is a film that will make you laugh, smile and cry. Its cute and emotional so get ready girls for a heart felt chick flick
