I know the product is very good, I have used it before. The top of the container was open a little just enough to let shampoo out. I am not looking to return the product and I am not asking for a credit. I just thought you should know for future references. I am okay with it. Thank you, Lynne

I won't use it because I don't like the smell

Product broken and all over the inside of the package. How do you return this?

Ich habe seit längerem mit Hormonbedingtem Haarausfall zu kämpfen. Habe auch schon mehrere Shampoos gegen Haarausfall ausprobiert, die alle OK waren aber einfach nicht super. Das ahuhu Shampoo ist sehr ergiebig (man braucht sehr wenig pro Haarwäsche), bringt Fülle und stärkt (glaub ich) die Haare. Und das Beste: sie fallen auch nicht mehr so stark aus. Also auf jeden Fall Kaufempfehlung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

It took a few (2-3) months before I noticed anything, but there are now new hairs growing in. I'm getting older, so my hair was noticeably thinning. But now I think my whole scalp is getting healthier and my hair thicker. I just ordered a second bottle. I tried a cheaper one for a little while, but noticed "nothing" happening. So this is worth the price.
