Great Overall But Needs Better Quality Cover
I really like the simple but useful layout of each sheet, and I'm very happy with the single page that allows for benchmarks. I would give it five stars, except that the journal arrived with a relatively dirty/marred cover, even though it was still in the bag. All the pages look new, but the white back cover looks like it absorbed the black color of the journal underneath it while in storage. Revletics just needs to figure out a way to avoid having this happen. Otherwise, it appears they have a great product! :-) I'm happy to have found this one!

If this is "imperfect" I can't see how!
After buying one of these to try it out, I snapped up a few more. I have also previously used "Fitbook."I like this better than fitbook because it is a little more free-form. I wasted a lot of empty space in the fitbook on stuff I didn't really keep track of.One drawback is this book's cover is much flimsier than the fitbook, which holds up well to being carried around in a purse or whatever .Thus far my revletics book has held up too, but I am expecting it to be pretty beat up by the end.

Best Log I've ever used
This really is an great food/fitness log! I really love it. I used to just buy a blank spiral notebook which would quickly turn into a mess. This one keeps things organized and clear. I especially like the area for health notes or workout notes. I went back and looked and was able to diagnose a specific food issue that had been hampering my progress. Also, it's not so big that you feel weird carrying it around either and it stashes easily in your gym bag. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to keep track of their food and workouts. The only problem is I keep having to buy more!

Best workout log
This is the best workout and nutrition log I've used - very comprehensive. Much easier to use than a plain paper notebook. I actually log things now!
