These pens are perfect for annotating in my Bible! Any book really, I do inductive so marking in my bible usually looks so messy but the point on these is so fine and there’s so many colors for it, they are also so fine the don’t bleed through any page and they don’t ever skip which is more than I can say for any other pilot pen! Also an awesome deal at less than a dollar a pen

I always enjoy writing with this brand. They comfy with a good flow, they don't see to ever skip, and the colors are bright. I've never had a pen by this brand not write well or leak.

The pilot G-2 in .5, .7, and 1.0 has been my go to for a long time as a college student and these pens actually make me feel like they are pretty similar in the way they write, and honestly the inking looks very similar in terms of width. I can barely spot a difference. The two main things would be that the ink is not quite as pigmented as the G-2's, and that these Juice pens do feel easier to write with, slimmer- probably due to the point being sharpened to .38 but the pen doesn't feel bulky in the least and I can write with ease without having to move my hand nearly as much as I would which is great as a lazy person with too many words to copy down. As for the minor pigment issue (I suspect I write faster than the ink can come down to properly coat) if I write slow enough it'll become more or less the same darkness I would get writing at my normal pace with a G-2 pen (but I can't afford to write that slow so it remains an issue for me). I will say that writing long term with these could get tiring even with the little built int rubber.Overall they're not a bad buy I do quite enjoy them, and with the ink not being the desired pigment I would prefer I don't think it detracts too much from the product for a regular person or student and would be 5 stars. As a physics student I have to write VERY fast to be able to have time to understand my professors so that makes it 4 stars but take my review about that ink with a grain of salt since it won't be the same for everyone. I'm actually pretty content about this product and it's sleek design, I think it'll give my hand a much needed break now that I found something less bulky to write with.

if I could give Pilot Juice pens 10 stars, I would. I love love love them, especially since they don’t smear & I write fast. these metallics are a little more ‘wet inked’ than the other Pilot Juice pens, but still not likely to smear when writing.

I love .38 pens and sometimes it’s hard to find nice ones in store near me. These are amazing pens and they are so comfortable to write with. They work great and the colors are vibrant. Some of the colors are a little too vibrant to see nicely on white paper for me but I will continue to use them for an accent on notes!

10 of the pens write well. They have good vivid color. However two, lime green and an orange, don’t. You have to push hard and scratch the paper for the ink to be strong enough to see. I wanted all the colors to work to color code notes.

Nice pen but skips sometimes. I think the skipping is a function tip size (.38) rather than being a poor quality pen. I have found this with every other set of .38 pens I have purchased so I moved up to the .5 size.
