Suggested Use: Microwave-Safe Heating Lay unopened hairpac flat in microwave oven. Heat at full power for 20 seconds. Remove hairpac from microwave oven using caution as hairpac and contents will be hot Check for desired temperature by kneading unopened hairpac in your hands. If hairpac is too hot, let it cool until desired temperature is reached. To re-heat, place unopened hairpac in microwave oven for 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Conventional (Kettle) Heating Stand unopened hairpac (bend to fit) inside a heat-safe mug so that the top portion of the hairpac protrudes outside (above) the top of the mug. Fill mug 4/5 full with hot water from a kettle and wait for 60 seconds. Remove hairpac from mug using caution as hairpac and the water inside the mug will be hot. Check for desired temperature by kneading unopened hairpac in your hands. If hairpac is too hot, let it cool until desired temperature is reached. Applying to Hair & Scalp Using caution as hairpac and contents may be hot, open the hairpac by cutting along the dotted line (where indicated). Squeeze contents onto dry hair and scalp Massage gently into hair and scalp. Apply hair cap, or plastic wrap, or towel, to head and hair. Leave the treatment in for a minimum of 20 minutes. For best results, leave in overnight. Shampoo hair twice, then condition hair to finish the treatment. Recommended use: For maximum benefits: repeat treatment weekly or bi-weekly.
