I love this brand for Thyroid therapy because it has selenium and zinc

I’m thinking these pills cause me slight headaches, but I’m not sure. I alternate them with raw organic Brazil nuts (which have a ton of selenium in them). I will know more, perhaps, after my next labs. These pills were recommended by my PCP, for what that’s worth. Who knows?
