The door has design defect and doesn't close properly, causing the machine to overheat and the boiler to break. The heavy door is held shut with one magnet (i kid you not) in the top right hand corner of the door. In 2.5 years, we've had the springs changed 3 times, the boiler fixed 2xs and 3 other fixes of other items. Run fast from this machine!

Great machine. You have to hardwire this machine with a 220V 40Amp breaker, requiring heavy, and expensive, 6/2 wire. The placement of the electrical hookups is pretty awkward, you have to open the front panel and then remove a second cover to get to the wire hookups. The wire itself runs through be back of the machine....This model has automatic rinse and automatic dish soap pumps/hoses to put directly into chemical jugs. Works well but be patient, it will require several washes to prime the lines. Also requires a drain, but the drain has a pump so it doesn't have to be a floor drain, and the hose can be hooked on a sink, like any appliance drain or an open drain... Washing takes 3 minutes! Not sure what "Anonymous" is talking about, the door doesn't have springs at all, very simple slide catch design that seems pretty robust. Not sure how or why it would break after having used it for a few months. Not had any problems with heating to temp or the heating tank either. Happy with this machine and has simplified our back-of-house labor!
