Very Narrow in Width!
Great Company! Refunded in short order. Awesome boot! Quality was great. My complaint is that the boot is very narrow. I do wear a 2E to 4E in width. The rivets to hold the over the foot strap, were right on the big joint on your big toe. It just dug into the side of my foot. If your feet are narrow, you could not do better than this boot. If they are wide, look elsewhere. I was sad it wouldn't work for me.

Nice boot but the bulb was cracked and won't hold air
The boot is huge and bulky and Its heavy, the shocks are great if you can handle the bulkiness of it. It sucks that it doesn't hold air. Overall its a nice boot.

I love it!
This thing is great! I first bought this thinking it would be helpful after I had a bone spur removed. After the surgery realized and using it a couple times, I realized that this boot was way-overkill. All I really needed was a small shoe-boot. So I was pissed that I had spent all this money on this thing that I didn't need and couldn't return because I had used it.So I recovered from my foot surgery using my small shoe-boot that my doctor gave me. I think I was charged $13.00 for the shoe-boot. It worked just fine and came on and off in a jif, compared to this big boot. Then 6 days ago I stepped down off a curb and broke my ankle. X-rays showed that I had broken my ankle in two places. Fortunately I didn't need surgery. I did need to keep it immobilized, and my doctor said this boot was perfect. I've been using it for six days now and it really is, perfect. It covers almost my entire lower leg and is incredibly sturdy so il really stabilizes and protects the entire area. I can make it tight or loosen it up as needed. Tha inflatabe built-in air cushions make it completely form fitting and absorbed any bumps that could reinjure my ankle. It's easy to undue the Velcro strips that hold it together and comes off fairly easily so I can (carefully) change clothes and shower. I can tell that when I can bear weight the shock absorbing base will really make walking around painless. My only compliants are that both relate to the thickness of it's base. it made me about 2 inches or so taller on the big boot side, and when I walked on it after the surgery on the bone-spur it made my hips hurt because of the difference in height of my too legs. I've taken my old small shoe boot, which closes with long Velcro strips, and strapped it around one of my thickest soled shoes for my other foot which evens the two feet fairly well, and I can even them perfectly using wide strips of firm rubber cut to fit between the shoe and the shoe-boot. I can't imagine how they would be able to make it thinner and still have the shock absorbers. It would be nice if they sold a companion shoe extender or special shoe having to make ones own extender.Overall I love it and think it is facilitating healing.

These Boots Are Old
I ordered this hoping that it would fit and be comfortable. I never made it that far, as soon as I put the boot on and tried to pump it up the pump button completely fell apart. It was just like it had dry rotted and disintegrateg I do not recommend that you buy this item.

Would recommend for a broken foot...
I broke my foot and have been wearing this boot since the beginning of July. It is not heavy, very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. It is well-vented and the liner was easy to remove from the boot and hand-wash (air dry). The air pump is attached to the boot making it very handy to inflate or deflate in seconds for comfort as the swelling varies. The "platform heel" is about 2-2 1/2 inches, and I found it much easier on my hips when walking if I wore a similar height shoe on my other foot. The only thing that I wish was different with this boot is that it makes a noise with every step you take - kind of sounds like a horse walking on a road. While I definitely could not sneak up on anyone, I got used to the sound and appreciated that I could walk (without crutches) comfortably while my fractured foot healed. Very happy I chose this boot!

Best walking boot cast I used so far
I've had at least five different brands and styles of walking boots / casts due to various foot and ankle problems over the years and so far this one is by far the best. First it was the first time I could find a boot specially sized for a wide foot. The inner liner wraps nicely around the leg and foot and there are no plastic parts jabbing you like some other models. The boot includes a built in hard shell toe protector, other models either lack that or it's a separate item. The air pump is built in and very simple to operate. The cushioning and springs in sole absorbs an amazing amount of impact which really reduced the pain from walking on an injury. The only downside is sole on this boot is incredibly thick, you need to have your other foot raised as well or it will be a very uncomfortable walk. There is level up sandal type contraption sold by the same company. I tried it and didn't like it. I found wearing a Swedish style clog on the good foot worked well with this boot cast.

Broke first time
Arrived yesterday, put it on today and second squeeze and the pump bulb fell apart, apparently it is old and dry rotten. Really sucks because I am in pain and needed this boot. Still better than nothing but can’t pump up tight.I thought it was a new boot, very disappointing.

Love/hate
I'm having a love hate relationship with this boot. Very comfortable and definitely makes for a much easier stride, much less of a limp - you'd hardly know I was wearing it if it were covered up. On the other hand, it is ridiculously cumbersome and thick soled. You need a 3.5 inch platform to even up the other foot. Thank God they're in style right now, no idea what guys are doing!

Very Impressive Support
The boot arrives on time and immediately I was impressed at how well it appears to be built. Great structural support, made walking in crutches exponentially better. My criticism is minimal, the front guard for the boot isn't big enough to attach with my size of foot, I am a 15. The second item item I would change is the center velcro strap, it needs to be longer in order to be useful with the bigger feet this boot can accommodate. Thanks

Great boot!
Thought it came with the level up shoe, so I still can't walk around, but, the air cast is amazing! So much better then the one given at the hospital. Wow! Comfortable, and I don't feel any pain at all when putting pressure on that leg.
