Absolutely love this sourdough banneton proving basket kit! Everything included is high quality and well thought out. The basket is sturdy, well-shaped, and provides excellent support during proofing, helping the dough keep its structure and develop a beautiful crust pattern. The liner fits perfectly and makes releasing the dough easy, even with higher-hydration doughs. It’s easy to clean and has held up great after multiple bakes. The extra tools in the kit are a great bonus and make the whole sourdough process smoother and more enjoyable. Excellent value for money. All of the components of this kit are well made and buying them individually would cost significantly more than the price of this starter kit. The banneton baskets are excellent, and I use the dough scraper, bowl scraper, bread lame, silicone spatula, and flour dredger every time I'm baking. The linen bread bag is also great when I take a couple of loaves to my parish for after-mass brunch.

I’m so impressed with this bread proofing basket set! The quality of the wood pulp basket is excellent, sturdy, and gives my sourdough the perfect spiral pattern. It comes with everything you need—whisk, lame, scraper, cover, and more—making it a complete starter kit for any home baker. The included linen liners are soft and easy to clean, and the whisk makes mixing dough much easier than a spoon. My loaves have been turning out beautifully ever since I started using this set. It feels like such a great value for the price, especially with how many tools are included. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to step up their bread baking game!

Everything came well packaged and unbroken. You get what you pay for on this one! This is the second set I decided to buy because it came with a better jar to store my starter in, also needed the bannetons as I started making more bread. I highly recommend this set to anyone that needs all of the tools, even if you only need a couple things in this set, its still worth it. The bread lame isn't the greatest, but it does what I need it too. Overall 10/10 product. Highly recommend.

If you’ve ever wanted to up your sourdough game from “novice” to “artisan bakery vibes,” this should be the kit you’re looking for. Every single tool you’ll needed is right in the box! The dough whisk mixes easily and the wood pulp banneton baskets gives the loaves that gorgeous spiral pattern. Almost forgot to mention, the linen covers help keep the dough from sticking. Comes with a cutter that slices cleanly, and the bread lame (with five extra blades) makes scoring effortless and precise. The bowl scraper, silicone spatula, and silicone brush feel sturdy and well balanced, while the flour dredger and soft cleaning brush are thoughtful touches that make prep and cleanup easy. There is a recipe book is a great bonus which is clear and easy to follow, & perfect for both beginners and experienced bakers. If I had to nitpick, the wood pulp bannetons could be sanded just a touch smoother out of the box, but after 1 or 2 uses, they performed beautifully. This is a simple, yet complete kit, sourdough baking all in one kit, and it makes bread baking as satisfying (and delicious) as it should be. Hope this helps as I highly recommend!

Works fairly well and I do like the tools! Dough does stick a bit more than I expected no matter how much I coat these and they’re smaller than I expected, but they get the job done and they’re cute. I do wish I’d sprung for nicer ones but I’ll keep using these. It’s a good starter kit.

This is a great beginner or amateur bread baker for sourdough breads. It has just the right tools to help with the final product. The Banneton baskets are just the right size for 9x5 or round loaves.
