For my daughter’s first apartment, her first couch, and she loves it! So easy to assemble, super comfortable. I traveled to where she was based and slept on it while there. She’s in the Navy so the ease of breaking it down and storing was needed. All the cushions vac sealed fit in the storage compartment. The cushions zip and can be removed and are machine washable. Let’s talk about customer service… when we ordered it only one box came, the other was “lost” by the courier. Called Amazon and they quickly replaced the order. Then when the couch came there was a small tear in under cushion springs cover (the fabric on the trundle) and I was immediately given a 25% credit. All in all, I would buy this a hundred times over if needed knowing the quality and customer care is wonderful! This is a really wonderful couch! It’s very comfortable and the boucle’ material is fantastic: soft, cozy, and with no chemical smell. The support is good without being too firm and it truly is a couch to be happy with. I’m calling this my comfy Muppet couch! It arrived 10 days early, which was amazing, and in perfect condition, but the (90% drawings) instructions were really poor and there’s no way in the world that it could be assembled in the 30 minutes that is stated. So, I’m deducting one star for that. However, I muddled my way through (with help from Martha Stewart on YouTube for assembling sleeper sofas without chopping off your fingers.) That and some very simple instructions on how to connect the armrests and the sofa to the chair would’ve made an enormous improvement. But when all is said and done, I now have an awesome couch, which I think I will be taking a nap on shortly to recover from the exhaustion of wrestling with the mediocre instructions. By the way, unlike the other reviews, (which I am pretty darn sure are AI generated or at least not from actual customers,) this is from a real, verifiable person who is super happy with their purchase and I think you probably will be too! (providing you can survive the assembly.)

Really low quality, started to fall apart just after few months. But works for me as it was cheap and my cats are destroying it but I’m not stressing about it. 😁

Directions poorly done. Missing a part

Nice couch. It was easy to put together. Like the size of it. One small roller wheel was broken on arrival. It does not affect use of couch pull out part. Overall very happy with it.

Easy to set up, looks good. The cushions are thin. You can feel the wood when you sit on the couch. Not quite what I was hoping for but I guess it worth it for the price.

Not good at all sending back

The couch is decent for the price. During assembly some pieces didn’t quite align, so we had to hammer it into place. Additionally, the extra compartment takes some effort to properly pull out. Other than that, it is quite comfortable and I think it will last for quite some time.
