Really good works well came a bit dirty and had food stains on it but a quick clean and it looks brand new

Very disappointed. In very bad condition,Even where the leads go, extremely dirty and clogged with dirt.Scratched and more than just worn.Was a Christmas present for My daughter but thought I'd check it first, she's gone to test it to see if it even works properly!What a shame.

Very very happy with this after reading some. Reviews i was wary but i can’t complain at all came early no noise came really clean works perfect and had everything new with it ect wires and was happy a chargable remote came instead of a battery one

Very disappointed. Pictures show a ps4 in the ps4 packaging. What arrived is a clearly pre used-scratched ps4, in no packaging what so ever. Absolutely gutted, thought I'd got my son something new for Christmas. Feel conned. You might aswell buy brand new for the price.Edit: the product was also dirty and the controller doesn't work. Seller responded very bluntly and in a rude manner to my request for a refund. Do not buy from this seller!

It appears to be very mixed what you get from this seller. The unit, we received was a bio hazard. There were chunks of food on the controller, (I hope it was food) and the console was covered in dust including all the cooling vents. I spent a considerable amount of time sanitising the unit before turning it on. The previous user information had been deleted but the previous games were still stored on the memory. At first the unit operated quietly, until we tried to play a game when the console started to sound like a jet engine which could be heard in the adjacent room. After a short period of time the console shut down unexpectedly, probably due to the heat build up this happened a number of times before the sending the unit back to the seller. A refund was provided for the unit but not the full postage as the seller advised there was not an issue with the unit. I strongly advised that if you can afford the extra £40 don't waste your time with this seller buy new.
