Invaluable product
Use this regularly for my houserabbit, who has multiple health problems including dental issues that mean he can eat very little hay. He isn't overly keen on the taste but I've definitely had other bunnies who were crazy over it, so it's just his own personal taste, and he has to be given it several times a day and always accepts it. It has unquestionably kept him going through lots of gut stasis where he stops eating, and without this I don't think he'd be around, so I'm very grateful for the product. Only downside is that it's high in alfalfa but other than that definitely recommended.

avoid buying
Really disappointed with this item. It was impossible to push through the application. After following the instructions the mixture just wouldnt push through the syringe and just pushed all the water out of the mixture and left all the good syringe. Literslly impossible to use and Sadly didnt save our bunny. wouldnt recommend at all. Awful product.

Extortionate and unfairly priced.
My chinchilla has absolutely loved this product while she has been unwell. It has a nicely presented box and the individual sachets are a great idea (compared to ox bow with the scoop). It came with a syringe as well very handy Overall a great product however £32 is too steep when Ox bow charge £16 for the same amount. Extortionate ! It makes me sad when big companies who already make millions make millions more based on animals suffering. Please selective re think the price .

Guinea pig liked the taste and the consistency was easy to syringe feed
My guinea pig really liked this and the consistency was smooth enough to syringe feed easily. I didn’t use the syringe supplied as it seems too big for a guinea pig and my vet had suggested using the really small syringes instead. They do clog up easily but it is much easier to get the food into the piggy’s mouth and I water the paste down more as this can only help to rehydrate them anyway. I only make up a small amount at a time in an egg cup as this is easier to draw the syringed food and I don’t keep any left over moist food as it only keeps for about 12 hours I think once it’s made up. One sachet makes about 3- 4 large egg cups of food and I try to feed 2-3 times a day.
