鉄鍋を買ったのでなんとなく購入 使いやすいしなんかチャーハンを美味しく作れそうな気がする

中華鍋を買い、なんと無く買いましたが、しっかりしていて、満足です。

スチール製なのでそれなりの鍋で使わないと、鍋の表面がボロボロに、、

チャーハン作りに使っています。柄が長いので具材を入れる時に中華鍋縁に置いていても取っ手が燃えないので非常に使いやすいです。

28㎝の鍋には大きすぎました。40㎝の鍋に合いそうな大きさのシャベルです ほぼ業務用といってもよいでしょう

使い始めていきなり鉄なべに傷が入った。 鍋肌にあたる部分を砥石で丸く研いだらだいぶ滑りが良くなり 目立つ傷がつかなくなったけど 余計な手間が掛かったので★2とさせていただきます。

This very attractive spatula-ladle set for use with my wok arrived very promptly after ordering bundled with a couple of other items I had ordered at the same time. (Good service, Amazon!) They look great and are quite sturdy compared to the ones I had been using for a few years until I spotted these. I like to make Szechuan fried rice at home in my seasoned carbon steel wok over a butane counter top burner (since our new stove has glass top elements) and this pair of cooking tools are just right. How long they will last is hard to say at this point but they look pretty sturdy and well made.
