Worth it
Update: 1050 miles with no problems. The battery is holding up well. I checked the brake pads, front 90%, rear 75%. I had my first flat tire at 1,000 miles. The front tire was a breeze to take off and patch. I'm extremely pleased with the bike and the company service. Update: 700 miles without any problems. Even the tire are almost new. I ride about 200 miles per month on the streets. At pedal assist 3 in 3rd gear I get 25-35 miles per charge with the lights on. It's very stable and easy to use. This bike is well built and solid. I've only ridden it about 30 miles so far but we're in for a long relationship. The facts: Quick shipping Great packaging Easy assembly Light weight Easily foldable About 25 miles per charge on peddle assist 20 mph top speed Easy, intuitive controls Excellent fit and finish except for rear rack* Good product support from the company Great price The bad Terrible owners manual *The rear rack mounting holes don't line up with the frame Terrible seat The seat doesn't adjust for angle Came with handlebars off-center Dim headlight I would readily buy this bike again. For the money, it's hard to beat. Product support via email is slow but helpful. Update: The company didn't take long to rectify the misaligned rear rack issue. They sent me a new bike free of charge. I highly recommend this bike and this company. I'm completely pleased. 200 mile update: No problems at all. Everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this ebike and the company.

Was kind not feeling it at first. It has grown on me. I'm in 200 miles and so far so great. Can get me to my job and back on 1 charge about 16 mile round trip. I mainly use pedal assist so it last longer. I don't think it could make it thier and back with just throttle. You can buy a second battery from the isinwheel website. Sold out but definitely worth it if your planning using only throttle and going further then 20 miles round trip. Charges in about 2hrs. Folds into my hatchback. It's not the best but not the worst for this price range. Biggest downside is mechanical breaks and not powered brakes. It'll stop, but something that needs to be upgraded imo. It's heavy keep in mind it's like 40+ pounds. 7 speed gearing. Kinda wish it had 1 or 2 more high gears. Lastly maybe upgrade the chair. Definitely worth it for me at 560.

Terrible experience
The item arrived defective and could not be assembled. Returning it was extremely frustrating—there was no prepaid return label, and I was instructed to pay the shipping cost upfront. The return process took weeks, and while the product refund was eventually issued, the shipping cost has still not been reimbursed after weeks of waiting. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Buy it! You'll love it!
So far I've enjoyed this bike, had an issue with a faulty pedal, the manufacturer replaced it for me. Top speed is around 20mph, faster if going down hill, had it up to 24mph. I like the cruise function. Battery life is decent if used on just electric, I would estimate you could go 12 to 14 miles with no worries. With pedal assist? I would estimate 40 miles. Brakes a bit squeaky, has a front shock, I recommend a seat post shock absorber for added comfort on long rides. Above all, it's FUN! I also find that even on non-electric mode, using ZERO boost, it's not harder to pedal than a regular mountain bike which surprised me, I was thinking it would be like an old Moped (for those of you old enough to remember Mopeds they were very hard to pedal, and felt like they weighed a ton) this can be ridden comfortably like a conventional bike so if you do run out of juice, you won't knock yourself out getting home. I ride mine daily, taking my furry exercise machine out for 3 mile jogs (translated: Siberian Husky). He happily trots along side me. I'm a victim of COVID and now have "COVID Asthma" so this bike allows me to get out and get some exercise and not trigger an attack with over exertion. I have a daughter who runs High School Cross Country and I can now accompany on her solo runs on my Isinwheel, and not feel like I'm going to pass out because of my asthmatic lungs. Big plus! It folds easily and can fit in the trunk of a car or the back of any SUV. My 17 year old daughter can load it and unload it. So yeah, not excessively heavy.

Good for the money
So far so good. Update: changed out seat and pedals. Seat was very uncomfortable for long rides. Feet kept slipping on pedals. I have over 50 miles on this bike. Brakes squeak and there’s an annoying click that’s been there from day 1 when pedaling. Shocks could be better.
