Very good quality! Came sooner than expected! Was not the same as the picture, the picture shows colored spokes but they came black! Good value for my opinion! It is missing 2 screws but the person I messaged was very courteous and very polite and told me they were going to mail them to me! The seat and back are very comfortable! Light frame was easy to pick up and load it! Would recommend!

I want a partial refund but can't find how to contact the manufacturer. There were ZERO instructions on how to assemble it. The box had loose bolts and washers floating around inside. It was missing storage bag for back... we had to cram the leg rest bag up there instead. Also, there was only one of each kind of bolt, yet it came with THREE handlebars.... it's like they just put in random quantities of everything. I had to spend a long time combing through my toolset to find bolts the exact right size, and then nuts to hold them on... you can see in one of the photos where I put in a clearly mismatched bolt of my own just to hold the handlebars on. The tires make a horrible squeaking sound that is upsetting my daughter's autism.

So far so good. Back storage bag missing. I did not need the extra balance wheels, easily removed
