This was a gift for my husband; we have not used it yet. But we did put it together and it’s the perfect size for a small home and space. It came with a bag to place everything in so you can easily take it apart and store it.

I have scoliosis which causes some pretty painful days when I do too much. I was having to take 1-2 pain pills a week, which I DETEST! My sons both swear by the cold plunging for pain relief. I didn’t think it would help me, as mine is more skeletal. Boy, was I WRONG! I do 3-4 minutes, 5 days a week and it’s been nothing short of a miracle. I haven’t taken a pain pill since I started. 🎉 The product was super simple to assemble. The cover stays on and we do have a fair amount of wind. My only “issue” would be, since it’s not insulated, ice will build up on the bottom and sides, which makes it a bit more “real!” I love this thing!!

We wanted something we could use in our bathtub that we never use. The ova shape is great. It’s so much better to sit in this than lay down in the bathtub. The plunge tub is tall enough that my 5’11 husband can completely submerge. We added a chiller and the cover helps keep it cool. Only con is that the cover it comes with doesn’t really fit. The inflatable rings are nice but don’t really serve much purpose the way we use it. Overall, would buy again!

Highly recommend this tub and cold plunge!!

At the end of spring before the weather got warm, I did go into our pool with ice cold water and submerged myself in there for about 10 minutes. After I did feel a little relieved from the somewhat cold plunge. I have heard so much about the benefits of cold plunge helping with sore muscles and aches. I am excited in trying this out. After building it, it looks and feels pretty sturdy. I am sure after it being filled with water and ice, it will be sturdier. The plus side of this particular cold plunge bath is that it is fairly easy to set up and taking apart is a breeze which works out for me for storage.

Been using this for a week straight now and love it. The tub is easy to set up and take down if you need to. Comes with a drain hose to help drain when not using. High quality material that feels like it will hold up to a lot of use. Great product for the cost.

Does the job. Slow leak even when plug is pushed all the way in. I’m using it outside so it’s not a huge deal, but it’s still frustrating that hardly anything lives up to the expectation nowadays.

I highlyyyyyy recommend the ice tub!!! My boyfriend & I are both amateur boxers & ice baths are essential to our routine. We only had just a small bathtub until we got the ice tub & it has literally saved our life (& our backs lol) . It is so comfortable & you’re able to get your full body in so you can get the full benefits . It’s so easy to drain & clean . I love that it’s portable & super easy to take apart/put back together so the rest of our team can enjoy it too.

Had this tub six months now. It is holding up perfectly. We added a bubbler and a hot tub bromine dispenser. The water doesn’t get slimy at all. We use a pool skimmer to get most of the bits that come off your feet when you get in. We did move it into the garage for the winter. The garage is heated to 52 degrees F The quality of the ice bath is 10/10. I highly recommend it.

I love this ice bath. Super sturdy and big enough for me to sit in and get up to my shoulder, unlike the circular Nurcover one I bought. I’m 6’2 and there’s more than enough space. I’ve seen negative comments about the cover. Yes if it’s outside rain will gather in it. Mine is under a shelter, but you could put a floating duck or something to raise the cover and make the water run off. Super quick to set up also.
