UPDATED: I figured out how to assemble the pan.. This is my third pan in the series because I love the first two sizes - nothing sticks, easy to clean, eggs cook great. The problem with this third one, which they don't tell you, is that it requires assembly. The handle does not come attached to the pan. They give you a screw and a screwdriver but the screw doesn't fit and I've been trying for several days to attach it, with no success. This is a PITA and they should show the pan with the handle unattached. Otherwise 5 stars.

Delivered to wrong address. Best pan ever! Wished it would have been delivered to us….. Surely my fault. Trying to to straighten Al these missed locations out and correct for future deliveries . You can’t find a better pan! Ever!

I've never found a purely no stick frying pan. If you use a cooking oil you will probably do fine. After breaking in the pan as the directions stated I cooked bacon and eggs. I did not use cooking oil and the egg stuck. Have fried pork chops in olive oil and was satisfied with the outcome.

Really like this pan a lot. It is great to cook with as the heat seems to disperse evenly. And it is very much non-stick no matter what I have cooked in it. My one complaint is the handle has gotten loose and will not tighten back up.
