There are no words to adequately describe how bad these shoes smell, but I will try. Seriously, it is as if they were soaked in sewage, then wrapped in plastic and sealed in an elephant's warm a** before shipping. I am not making this up. When I walked into the room where these were left overnight, I though perhaps a family of bears had mistaken our home for the woods. I quickly carried them into another room before our guests arrived, but handling them for a minute left my hands smelly and needing the kind of scour you might give yourself after helping a cow birth a breech calf. Hoping to air them out, I left them in the sun on the back deck for a day, and the leaves on our trees are now turning brown. Perhaps on their journey from China, they spent some time on a fishing boat and got fresh-frozen (and accidentally thawed) with a catch of tuna. I can't return them soon enough. On a positive note, if I ever need to escape from prison, these could throw off a bloodhound. Our dog, who loves kitty litter boxes assorted animal poops, won't touch them.

Product to be Returned due to being way too large.Once Refunded, I will buy a smaller size that fits correctly. The product is well made of quality material and very comfortable. Just beware of choosing the correct SIZE for your feet!!!

Bought these slippers for my husband and as soon as they arrived he put them on. Ge has edema and hands that don't function well. The fact that he could put them on with no help pleased me to no end. Now he only takes them off to go to bed or go to the doctor. Truth be told he'd probably wear them to doctor office if I would let him. He says they are sooo comfy! He's a happy man and I'm a happy wife!

After being worn a few days, these lost all shape and become a floppy bag, totally lacking in support and shape. Plus, the cushioning was lacking from the start. This is nothing new, every one of the approximately ten pairs of slippers purchased from Amazon were pretty much the same.It would be nice if some company made a extra wide slipper that resembled an actual shoe, with a defined shape and some lateral support.

These were purchased because my husband has swollen feet and other shoes didn't fit. Because of the Velcro closure on the top of the slipper he can easily slip his foot into the slipper. Even though they're slippers, they look decent on his feet when he wears them. The shoes provide for some security from slipping. I would recommend these for someone looking for a slipper that will fit a swollen foot, no matter the size.

Two stars as there is excessive ware through the heel in just 17 days. My father uses these to help him move his wheel chair around and is only active several times a day going maybe 200 ft distance a day. I expected better ware from these given their cost.

The slippers we eventually received are better than satisfactory. We had original ly ordered a size that ended up taking several weeks before anticipated delivery. We reordered a smaller size that was available directly thru Amazon. The seller did provide a credit on the original order after I stated my case of ordering a different size from the same vendor after the excessive delay in receiving the slippers. The soles are solid rubber type, non skid and the way the slipper opens up from the top and the heel area allow for ease in placing your foot into the slipper. Others have mentioned an odor, I also found this present, however it does air out.
